Yes, the shipping is only 2 dollars and sometimes free but it takes FOREVER to have things delivered. Truly the longest delivery rate of any company I have dealt with.
My experiences with Choxi was great and reliable. I receive my packages on time. When I had a problem someone from Choxi was always their to help solve the issue. Keep up the great work.

Easy to shop the inventory. No drama with delivery --- except from the Post Office
I was pretty happy with most of the items I received, but sadly four items that I ordered didn't arrived. With only one explanation. For two bracelets that were delayed. I have done a lot of online shopping and this is only the second time I have ever had a delay, when I ordered items in plenty of time.
Multi colored in the house booties run small about 1/2 size. The size S (5-6) runs very small. I usually wear a 5 1/2 and these were very short.
100% satisfied! Never a problem that isn't remedied immediately! Couldn't be happier with my on line shopping with Choxi!

I ordered a Cuisinart coffee maker. The unit leaked. I submitted a request and Choxi handled it quickly and kindly. I reordered the item and received it very quickly. I was able to get free shipping.

The products I purchased did not meet my expectations. The chair cover was not as good a quality as expected and the jacket is having trouble with the zipper if it continues I will probably send it back

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
