I really loved the ordering experience. But, I received some massage pads that I am not going to be able to use. After I received the pads I found out if you have high blood pressure you cannot use this product(which I have). I wish this had been stated in the ad before I ordered them. Now I will have to send them back and get a credit on my bank card.

Ordered about four items for Christmas season, only had problem with one not arriving but customer service was quick with response and solution.
I will definitely order from Choxi again. I ordered a Hover Board on Dec 11th and was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. The item arrived on Dec 18th. The only reason I didn't give this site 5 stars is because after ordering my product it said I would receive an email letting me know when the item has shipped. After a few days went by & not receiving an email I got a little worried. I contacted customer service who told me that if I hadn't received the shipping info then my item hadn't been shipped. 2 days later (while at work) I received an email saying my product had been delivered. The email contained all the tracking information. I think the customer service representatives should be able to look up your order information by your order ID and keep you informed. Other than panicking cause I thought my item wouldn't be here on time, it was a good experience. Oh yea... The Hover Board is nice and it's exactly what I was expecting. Thanks!
I bought a tablet have had it 5 days already $#*!ing up, my wife got a smart watch works she likes it. However i would not recommend any electronics from this website

Everything I ordered lives up to my expectations. Just one problem. I'm still waiting for the detange strightner brush.
It was supposed to be a gift.
Two of the several items I ordered have to be returned. The electric razor on/off switch came off. Cannot be re-attached (at least not by me). The drone has 19 screws missing and worse, it has coffee stains all over it so obviously it was sent back by someone and reshipped to me.

I ordered the Tablet Isola DX758PRO (SILVER) with 10 pack Stylus Pen. I received the wrong color (Black) instead of Silver that was ordered. Also the 10 Pack Stylus pens were not in the order. THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT! Please correct this error immediately! Debra Odom
I received most of what I ordered but I still haven't received one of them. I contacted customer service twice and was told I would receive a new email with a new tracking number and I would received my order by Christmas and I have received neither an email nor my order.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
