Bought some things in November with promises by Christmas... failed to fulfill this... I was given "store" credit. Ordered something recently and they can't find it... more store credit.
Why would I want to ever shop here again?
Now stuck with MORE credit...
They claim to have "customer support" but all I get is standard scripted responses by people who cannot write English.
Choxi sucks!
Site is very navigation friendly and prices are competitive. The only problem I had was ordering multiple items and the shipping and receiving of these items taking longer than others. I thought by ordering together they would arrive together. That was not the case. That was my only problem. Always make sure and read carefully the shipping times and then keep up with it. I did have on item that took 3 weeks to get here barely in time for Christmas.
I ordered two tan faux mink blankets and two cream faux mink blankets. I have only received the two tan ones but the email I received says that all four were delivered... I only received two! I sent an email to customer support. They said they would check into it. I'm still waiting on an answer...
Update: Choxi was very good at following up on the missing items. After calling the distributor they found that the items had not been shipped and a refund is being processed. Pain free and fast! I wanted the products but I'm very pleased on how the situation was handled!
I purchased several items for Christmas and am very satisfied with everything I got... the ones that were gifts for others were really liked by those who received them...
The light were missing the screw in one of the lights so I had to go to Home Depot and purchase the correct screw. This was very time consuming.

I sent an email to choxi stating that an item had not been delivered. I had contacted FedEx and my local post office, both confirmed that the item was indeed delivered, but I did not receive it. The advice I received as a response to my email was discerning, because it just stated what I had already discovered myself. However, I patiently waited and the item was delivered the day after Christmas.
I have been shopping with Choxi about a year now and have always had a good experience. I'm sure things go wrong every now and then but that has not been the case with me. The items have shipped on time or ahead of schedule. I've not had any bad experience with them. Great site to shop on and always a great variety to choose from. Thanks Choxi
I ordered 2 sets of 2 power banks from ipanda 1 set pink and 1 set white - what did i get 4 assorted colors. They were meant to be Xmas gifts and my girls favorite color is pink so one pink for each. Well in order to keep peace neither got pink; there was no time for an exchange so while the gift was still useful it was not what i planed.
Choxi is a great site to order from. Good quality products and great prices. I highly recommend it to all my friends.

I have seen Choxi advertised many times in my email and never opened it! I assumed it to be something that might wreck my computer! NOT! Now I'm so sorry for what I have missed all this time. I opened it, finally, and was amazed at the catalog of various items offered at more than half the savings. Not junk, but good, quality products. The advantage was sweeter at Christmas time, but I will now have this advantage throughout the year! I am a very happy camper!

Ordered a pressure cooker for my daughter in law's birthday. It's exactly what she wanted. The whole experience was smooth from ordering, paying and delivery. It arrived in less time than I expected and was perfect! We enjoyed a meal cooked in it the next day. And the bonus was it was so reasonably priced.
I have had a Great experience of shopping on Choxi. What I bought is always exactly as advertised and at a great savings. Shipping is $2 or at times it is free!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
