I purchased gifts for my daughters and they loved the. With their new trunk storage space organizer they can keep food from falling over and they can keep tools store. Shipping was fast.

Overall, I would say that I have had a good experience with this website. However, on my last order (third of three total), there is one item that still hasn't shipped, the tracking number doesn't track anything, I've received no explanation, and all the other items have been received. I was billed for this item two weeks ago, so I don't like it when a company takes my money, doesn't send my order, and doesn't explain why. One thing on my order was a little slow to ship, and I figure, it's Christmas, volume is probably crazy right now. But this one, it's still another week past when the last item shipped, and still nothing. So I'm probably officially annoyed by now. Because now I have to go back and file a whole customer service ticket, find out why, ask questions, wait for answers, etc... it's a bother. And that's a bummer when everything else has been pretty smooth.
So all in all, I give them a pass -- it's Christmas, shipping and fulfillment can get slow, can get complicated during Christmas. So it's okay, not that huge of a deal. But I wish someone would TELL me that it's happening instead of me just wondering and now I'll have to ASK if I want to know.

I have bought several different things from this site, and I have been VERY satisfied with EVERYTHING except the computer tablet I received last month. I have been unable to get on ANY Wifi ANYWHERE since I received my purchase.

I am not too happy about a situation in where I bought a toy for my 10 year old grandson back in Nov ahead of the Christmas rush and mailed it to my grandson in time for him to open on Christmas Eve, Well the toy did not work right out of the box and now Choxi will not accept a return or offered to replace it because it has been over 30 days. Given the fact that I have spent large amounts of money and referred plenty of customer to them they will not replace a toy that cost $55.-- because of policy... Apparently they do not understand that people buy presents way ahead of 30 days for Christmas giving. Any other store would have no problem doing so.
I ordered three alternative goose down comforters from Choxi on 11/27/15. Started contacting the company 12/8 as no tracking number or shipment. No answers and then they tell me they guaranteed delivery by 12/24. On 12/22 I contacted them again and received an email back that my order was now CANCELLED and I wouldn't get my money back for 5-7 business days - after Christmas. No shipment, no Christmas presents for 3 of my kids and no money to replace the gifts. Customer service was no help nor was the manager. Funny thing is, I checked today and their website is still advertising the comforters for sale - Horrible! BUYER BEWARE

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
