Every time I have ordered from Choxi (
Nomorerack) I have been extremely please with the quality of the products and the promptness in which they got here.
Was satisfied with the boots, only one thing they had an ordor to them that was kind of sicken. Had to let them air out before I could wear them
The initial purchases with Choxi were with ease and the prices were good.
However, when contacting the Choxi representatives regarding information for the return of items there was some confusion. If I emailed for an answer to my question, I wasn't getting the confirmation that I had expected. I felt more secure when making a direct telephone contact.
Love the service, fast shipment, product always as describe, highly recommended site. Thanks.

I had no idea how long it would take to get the belts, especially this time of year, but they arrived much faster than I ever expected
Product was ordered on 12/3, and I was notified that it had been successfully delivered. The USPS tracking indicated that it was left "in or near the mailbox" on 12/26. I was home that entire afternoon, but there was no delivery. It has been suggested that I check with local post office (fat chance of getting any help there!) or ask my neighbors. It's not a big deal, but I am very dissatisfied with this particular interaction. I am a Choxi repeat customer and have been happy in the past.

So far my experience with Choxi is Great, with and exception of one item I ordered! I will be returning the items, just a little disappointed in the item arriving and not working on Christmas morning, but otherwise my experience has been great!
You get what you pay for and the service is good. Some list prices are way over rated, so the savings are very inflated, but in most cases you do get some actual savings over comparable products.
Overall my experience with Choxi is good. Some deals are great, some products are great. Some items are not what I expected and some seem deceptively advertised. So when I shop on Choxi I try and be cautious and also compare the product to others on the web before purchasing. Some items also come quickly and some take weeks, I assume due to working with different sources.
As always I was impressed with the quality and price of their items. The shipping is always quick and I will continue to order from this site. I recommend it to friends constantly.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
