Still waiting for some of my Christmas presents ordered 28 days ago
I ordered a suitcase that was not delivered. When questioned about the delivery date was told it was guaranteed delivery by December 24. On December 25 when I asked where it was choxi informed me that it wasn't up to their standards. What bothered me the most is that they never informed me that the suitcase wasn't going to be delivered. On December 19th the first time I contacted choxi they should have told me it wasn't up to their standards. At that time I would have had time to order something else. Instead I got a refund not the suitcase I ordered for my grandsons trip to disneyworld. I will definitely think twice about ordering from choxi again. Also this is not the first time choxi has done this to me.
The things I received were great, it's the things I didn't receive that I'm very upset about. It took a long time to get the things I ordered. I ordered a necklace that went to the wrong post office. While I was waiting for it, they sent it back to the company and I haven't received a refund or credit yet even though I've written about it 3 times. I also ordered a book for a Christmas present and haven't received it yet with no explaination. I don't want to shop here again.
I love this massager. I works as well as my tens massager. I have had several surgeries and it really works well to help my muscles to relax Thank you so much!

My shopping experience with CHOXI actually began in 2014 as NOMORERACK. Not being used to online shopping I was more than a bit anxious HOWEVER life's circumstances determined 2014 was the year of necessity. I was intrigued with the wide variety of items at prices friendly to my financial situation. I took a breath... and a leap. I am so pleased that I did! I experienced a couple of glitches along the way - one totally my responsibility the other still being reviewed. CHOXI representatives worked closely and diligently with me resolve the situation.
The products I have purchased -from shoes to electronics - have been nothing but top quality. I highly recommend giving CHOXI a 'look see', you'll be glad you did. I know I am!
I know you will not post my review but, I ordered a pet nail groomer from Choxi when I recieved it it did not work at all. I returned it the next day. Haven't heard from Choxi. Called about 7 days after they said they didn't receive it back yet, I called the UPS store I mailed it back the 15th Of Dec. Choxi received it the 16th at 10:08am and told me who signed for it. I called Choxi back and let them know and they still said they did not receive. I had to pay almost 9:00 to send it back so I guess I just lost about 20:00 because Choxi is LYING BAD BAD BUSINESS.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
