This definitely was a great buy especially with my limited budget, and they are very warm. The previous leggings purchase wasn't so great, but this hit all points. The length is perfect and there's more enough butt room. So yeah, love them, love Choxi
All products arrived separately, some within days of my order and others didn't ship for 3 weeks. Other than that inconvenience, I have no complaints about the quality of the products I ordered. All function as described, and were very affordable.
-Ordered 2 sets of 2 Transcend 64GB MicroSD Class 10 Memory Cards 11/18/15.
Contacted Choxi 12/14/15 to find out where they were as they were Christmas gifts. Was told they would contact the "manufacturing partner" about the delay, but Choxi guaranteed I would get the memory by 12/24/15.
-On 12/24/15 (after Mail, UPS and FEDEX delivery) Choxi was again contacted regarding Memory Cards not being delivered. Their reply was "the day was not over yet" and to contact them 12/25/15. I questioned if they realized 12/25/15 was Christmas?
-On 12/28/15, I called back regarding the still missing order. After the usual "we will contact the manufacturing partner, I was told they would issue me a partial credit for my "inconvenience" and to check back in 3 days.
-On 1/2/16, I received an email stating they were unable to fulfill my order and I would be issued a refund within a week. I checked the website and the same Memory Cards were still offered for sale. I then checked my account which originally had the Inconvenience credit posted and it was removed.
-On 1/3/16, I contacted Choxi regarding these actions. I was told my purchase price was refunded. When asked about why they still had the Memory Cards listed, I was told I could repurchase them. When asked about the "inconvenience " credit that was removed from my account, I was told it was removed because they refunded my purchase price. (It appears that after multiple phone calls, much wasted time, over 6 weeks of delays and still not getting what I paid for, the refund {of which I haven't seen yet} cancels out any inconvenience.)
-So bottom line is: If all goes well, you may not have any issues. If there is a problem with your order, it is not their fault. If they guarantee something, that guarantee means nothing. If they issue you a credit they will remove it at their whim.
BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. YOU LOST MINE.
If you have to return anything - they will not give you credit! I returned 8 smart watches and they only gave me credit for 3. Crooks. The merchandise was of very low quality and didn't work. I returned the merchandise using the 3 authorizations given to me but returned them in the original box. Don't trust them - buyer beware!
Great conditions and fast shipping choxi you won my heart
I originally purchased two iPads from choxi.com. One was immediately returned because it was dented. The other I kept because it had no signs of damage or use. These iPads were not labeled as used, refurbished, or open-box. They arrived sealed in plastic. The problem is the iPad I kept I have proven to be pre-owned. I didn't find out until months after owning the iPad when I needed to use Apple support. Upon entering the serial number to this iPad I find that the year-long support that Apple offers has already expired and I can't add the serial number to my support account because it is already claimed by another person. I have been in communication with Choxi support for weeks. They have completely ignored the issue of the iPad being used and sold as a new product. I'm assuming both of the two iPads were used because one was damaged. I no longer have the other to check the serial number so it's just a logical guess. This points to a bad practice of reselling used items as new and not a one time mistake.
Numerous orders, only one came on 12/26. One duplicate order, returned and credited. One non working item, returned for exchange, no response yet. Overall, good responsive service. On-line customer service exceptional in her prompt responsive resolutions.
I do love all that Choxi has to offer, but we have to be aware of some of the jewelry items. The chain broke on my necklace in the first week that I wore it and the bracelet for my husband for Christmas, a price slid out of place the day after Christmas and the wires are now loose and fraying. I did not expect it to be so easy to break.
Extremely satisfying... always has interesting merchandise to choose from and can end up buying an item I wasn't even looking for!

I have three devices, each device takes one of the connectors on the iPanda cords. It has seriously gotten me out of a few pinches when my devices' batteries are almost dead! This is great!

I have shopped with Choxi (No More Rack) for a few years and enjoy shopping with them. The check out is easy, the merchandise comes on time and in tact. I have not returned anything to them yet, and hope I won't have to.
Got this for my daughter and she was thrilled. Most of the organizers that she saw on line were three and four hundred dollars. Needless to say I became Mom of the year this christmas. I intend to buy her more for all her makeup.
All items received within 8 days of original order being placed. We are delighted with all items.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
