I like making purchases thru Choxi. They have awesome deals and make sure you know the product has shipped and even that it has arrived at its final destination. The quality of items is also a plus.
Have had some good an bad chats with ppl there some think they own the co an dont want to take returns but most are np they just send a return lalble
I have ordered from choxi a couple times now, and I have been very satisfied! The prices are always great, and it is easy to find what you need and pay. Also, the orders usually come in a fairly quick time.

I had ordered several items for Christmas gifts that were promised to be delivered before Christmas and they were not. I was very disappointed. I had contacted customer service. I had give them the tracking numbers but the item still did not get shipped until yesterday 1/4/16. They really did not do anything exceptional like maybe expedite the order, just told me they would let management know so I felt like they did not go over and beyond to satisfy the customer.
I really like this site. Their prices are very good on the things I have bought and they ship really fast. Best of all, the quality of the mercahndise is better than I expected for the prices I paid. I would (and do)reccomend them to my friends.

I've shopped Choxi (Nomorerack) the past two years. I've found the quality to be "wildly" inconsistent. Some products are good to very good quality, others are so cheaply made they either don't work - or break coming out of the box!
Shipping reliability varies a great deal as well. This year I purchased 12 items - 15 day before Christmas - 10 items made it by the 24th - 2 were delivered December 28th.
Choxi is unfortunately unreliable.

I have been pleased with most of the items I have ordered. The one thing I would like to see is a shoe size chart. I'm leary of ordering clothes because I'm not sure if they are true to size. Hope to see some of these changes in the near future.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
