I have ordered from choxi 9x probablly and I wanna say they've messed up my order 4x out of the 9. My gold necklace was supposed to be gold filled turned my neck green. I wouldnt by jewelry on here unless its lile fashion jewelry. The return process isnt easy which is why I havent returned my stuff. Alway read reviews or descriptions!

I have purchased from this site previously and will do so over and over again! The products are great, they are inexpensive, and if Customer Service is ever needed, they are efficient and friendly!
I ordered 4 items that were guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. All were for my daughter that was visiting from another state. Two items arrived, 2 did not. I got them after Christmas and had to mail them to her which cost me another $5.75. I was very disappointed. I received no apology. I like shopping from Choxi, I just wish they would not misrepresent their facts.

Multiple items are charged when ordered and some items are delayed. But Choxi did address the problem quickly and solved it. All items were good quality.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
