I have been ordering from Choxi (formerly nomorerack.com) for many months. I have found their prices to be excellent and their products to be quality. The one time I had a problem with a product, I contacted them and I had a new item in a very timely manner. I recommend the site often, and always check to see if they have what I need before I shop elsewhere. Their shipping times are not always consistent, but most everything comes in a timely manner.
Easy transaction, quality product, fast shipping, would definitely use choxi again.
No complaints. Every order has been exactly as advertised.

I was very concern about doing on- line shopping but decided to try Choxi. I completed one order and received the merchandise ahead of time and was completely satisfied with the merchandise and decided to order again. Within a 4 weeks period, I have completed several ordered and very satisfied with the products.

I emailed customer service to see if I could have an order shipped 2nd day sir. My computer crashed and I am in school and I need the computer desperately. Immediately I received a response from Hazel in customer service and unfortunately the computer is apparently in the distribution center and she could not change the shipping method for me. I was devastated. Later I called customer service and, I cannot remember who I spoke with but, she said my package did have a tracking number assigned it had not moved from the distribution center yet. She said to keep checking with Fed X. I have not yet called today for fear it has not left yet.
I did offer to pay for the 2nd day shipping but it just was not in their hands. I was a customer service rep for many, many years and I went way out of my way to help my customers once I knew their dilemma. Sometimes I bent the rules but still was elected Customer Service Rep of the Year Award. Just saying... I do compliment your customer service for their timely reply and honesty. My only wish was hoping something could have been raised to a higher level or changed as it is urgent I receive the item. If I could have ordered it sooner I would have. Every other order I have placed I have given the three week lead time do it is not like I do this all the time.
I value our relationship ever since i have found you. I am on disability so I do not make a lot but I buy something every month from Choxi. As s matter of fact I have a list.
Anyway, thank you so much for being such a caring company.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
