Having a hard time picking out tops because it`s so easy! First, the prices are always so low and then there are codes too apply to your order to lower price. There are so many items to choose from, I have fun shopping. The clothes are showed in all ways, so you know what each side looks like. The shipping is mostly always free and that makes me love "choxi" more!

I have ordered a number of items from this Company and have been happy with the service I have received.
Ordered my grandkids boots for Christmas. As of today January 5,2016 I have not received the boots nor Can Choxi tell me what happened. I've wasted gas going to my local post offices trying to see if they were being held. Im very disappointed. I'm out of two pair of boots and I lost my money ($64.00)!
I have only had to return one item that I can think of. They credited me the amount I paid as all items are 'get them while you can'. I LOVE paying so much less for designer purses! Way to go, Choxi
These gloves were christmas gifts for two of my friends. When they opened their gifts I saw the look of approval on their faces. They loved them, especially the fact that the gloves were fingerless which allows them to use their phones or other items without having to take the gloves off.
Loved the bracelet so much that I ended up buying 4 of them for gifts

I ordered my necklace on Dec. 16, I received an email that it was shipped on dec24, tracking showed it to delivered on dec. 30. I have not received it yet. Where is it?
This was my first internet Christmas shopping and it couldn't have been any better experience. It was user friendly and for a newly retired and social security receiver that means a lot. The prices were good. I even ordered my wife a purse and she loved it. Whew! I will definitely continue to use Choxi throughout the year and not just for Christmas.

I want'd to get real 14kt earrings for my Granddaughter this Christmas. They were just to high priced for me, then I saw the pair from Choxi and it had free shipping. I was thrilled so I ordered them. It was pretty close to Christmas so I figured I would have to wrap a picture of them up for her and tell her they were on their way. To my surprise they came several days before Christmas and I was one happy Gramma. I might add that she was one happy Granddaughter tool Thanks

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
