Have ordered a number of gifts from Choxi this holiday season. For the most part, merchandise was recieved within a week to 10 days. I was very happy with service.
I have had great experience shopping with Choxi. I found it very easy to shop with, and informed of shipping dates to my email. I received everything on time as expected, most items even sooner than expected. I shopped with Choxi when know as Nomorerack. Have great deals, and will shop with Choxi again.
Customer service is very important to me as a customer. Choxi has provided that service when an issue arose.
Some of the things I've ordered have been absolutely wonderful, equal to anything found in department stores. Unfortunately, I've gotten some absolute clunkers; things that have broken after very little wear and tear. Overall, though, more good than bad.
I ordered a number of items and all were ultimately shipped save one---a Wii remote charger with rechargeable batteries. It never made it out of the factory apparently so, alas, it will not be here with us - ever (sniff). That said, Choxi notified me and processed the refund promptly with an apology. I enjoyed my experience with Choxi overall. Thumbs up!

I ordered Sterling Silver necklaces for my daughters as Christmas gifts, and they are stunning! I can't wait to see them on the girls. My Customer Service experience was both pleasant and efficient. I submitted a concern via email which was promptly answered (within 24 hours) by an individual as opposed to the standard auto-reply we have come to expect. The CSR provided the information I requested and did so with a pleasant attitude. I especially appreciate that because I have worked in retail/customer service during the holidays. People often take out their frustrations on you, and it can be difficult to stay positive.
I have been very satisfied with all the gifts I have received from Choxi. It is my go to site when I need to get a gift.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
