I am very pleased with Choxi, Their customer service personnel are very efficient, work very hard to complete a complaint & work very hard to complete it to the customer's satisfaction. They have went above to resolve the few complaints that I have had &even though ever thing is handled through e-mails I'm Happy. I do talk to my friends about this site. & I return to purchase items.

Its Christmas eve, I ordered a lot from Choxi this year. Everything was arriving great BUT its now Christmas eve and don't have the Smart Watch I ordered for my son inlaw! Now have to run out and get something else. Received 1 of 3 items on that order! So flippen DISAPOINTED with them.

I had ordered a camera for my granddaughter. It took too long to notify me that it wasn't available. I ordered a different camera and was left to wonder if it would ever get here in time. It was delivered on the 23rd. Better communication is needed.
You need to read descriptions carefully. And products are usually packaged unattractively, But good deals

I've ordered lots of items from Choxi/Nomorerack. My experience has been just great! Items usually arrive sooner than I expected - only once has an order come later than I thought it should.:-) The quality of the items that I"ve ordered have exceeded my expectations - experience with discount outlets usually not so great, but Choxi has been great! Have enjoyed all I've ordered and will order again and again, and I've recommended to my friends to order from Choxi as well!

Packages shipped all came on three different dates. Christmas package won't arrive until the new year. Not satisfied with the services.
The toys and price were great but the way they were shipped was just weird. Ordered two toys from the same place at the same time in the same order. One came via fed ex the other was sent to the US post office by fed ex. WHY?
Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
