On 6/21/16, I ordered two items (and was supposed to get a free magazine). I received the sheet set I ordered within a week. I have heard nothing at all about the other item, a Sport Force Portable Outdoor 2-Person Hammock - Assorted Colors, and it has been over a month. It was purchased as a gift for my son. In an order a few months ago, something similar happened. Three months after my order (a clothing rack), I got word that I would not receive that item and I was given "store credit." I needed and wanted that item or I wouldn't have ordered it. I need and want this hammock, but I am thinking the same thing will happen. I wrote to you about this already and got no reply. I love your prices and selections, but this problem makes me reluctant to buy from you. If this hammock gets cancelled, I will be sure to let my friends know.
Ordered 8 items but after 6 weeks only two were shipped. Customer service response is very prompt and polite. I cancelled the remaining items but have lost confidence that using the store credit will actually result in the receipt of the items purchased.
I have been a frequent customer of nomorerack for years. It seems that since it has changed over to choxi that 50% of my orders I don't receive and have to cancel or re order. Other sites such as Tanga, ect. Have the same great deals and I receive my orders within days. Getting very frustrated with this site and the generic responses that you have to go through to get re-imbursed. My last no show item only got me a store credit not even re-imbursed
I've always had the best of service along with quality care and merchandise.
I have ordered many times and have not had any problems. Never had anything broken or missing in shipments so can't speak on customer service.
I FOUND THE SAME RINGS, NOT, SURE BUT I THINK EVEN $1.00 LESS! NEEDED A SIZE UP, SO ORDERED THEM AGAIN. JUST WISH I COULD HAVE HAD THE FREE SHIPPING, HAD $8 TO PAY FOR THAT. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL RINGS!

I have not received the knife set I ordered over a month ago. I have to send an inquiry when they should be contacting me and giving me an update on my order
The order was completed, I didn't like the delivery done in phases. But I am satisfied with the products and the amount of money that I saved.
I think they would be better off telling you up front that it might be months before you get your order, and oh, by the way, we can't get in touch with our "trading partners" and tell you why it is taking so long. I have been happy with most of the items I get but after a couple of months of waiting, I tend to get frustrated.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
