I have had no problem returning some items in the clothes department due to size problems. I suggest getting a size larger than usual especially in the plus size dept. When I have needed assistance I have emailed choxi with questions and their customer service has responded promptly with answers I have needed. The finds on their daily deals are remarkable for the prices and the merchandise is not cheaply made. I sincerely recommend choxi for all kinds of great finds.
