I've bought a lot from CHOXI.com (and NoNameRack, before) but lately a couple of gripes... a bluetooth speaker I ordered was never delivered... 2-3 months have gone by and they send me a note that the manufacturer has no more? But NO CREDIT or replacement was EVER offered... bought a closet organizer that smelled SO BAD, even after 3 dayts on the patio, still couldn't use it, so we GAVE it to Goodwill (maybe cheap enough someone else could stand the smell) $30, for which I got a $10 credit... NOW, I ordered a sweater on NOV 17 and as of today, still NO SHIPPING INFO available? Not sure WHATS going on, and I UNDERSTAND in an operation as big as theirs mistakes get made, but it will definitely curtail my holiday shopping with them if they don't clear this up, QUICKLY!
The name of the item is misleading - you receive only one item when you are led to believe there are two items that you are purchasing - because of the name of the manufacturer
I have had good service from Choxi each and every time I've purchased anything from them.
Choxie offers a variety of product that can appeal to many. I have purchased several items in the past 2+ years and for the most part have been very satisfied. Had there been a problem, the Choxie customer service has been a 9++. I have referred Choxie to several friends and family and I hear back from them the same experience that I have had. I look forward to their daily deals and really appreciate the $10 savings coupons the come by from time to time along with the 3 hour free shipping time block.

I bought some pants in the beginning of November, but I paid double the amount somehow. I called to get a refund and was told there was no record of the overpayment. Even though it is only fourteen dollars, it's still money to me. I am still a little upset.

I bought one thinking it would be cheap but it was beautiful! I now have one in every color. Perfect for tunics or blouses that are a little too short or need dressing up. Wish they came in dark blue and read. The taupe is really more of a coffee brown and may be my favorite color.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
