I've shopped quite a bit with Choxi over the past couple of years. My purchases have arrived in a timely manner and, for the most part, the quality is A-OK.
I purchased 2 sets of solar powered white Christmas lights. I was so please with the quality and brightness and the quick delivery. I ordered 2 more sets and now have the whole front of my house decorated by solar Christmas lights. No worry about turning on and off and no added cost on my electric bill.

I like everything I have ordered. My first purchase was a pair of earrings. The stone broke off the stud. That is the only thing I wasn't happy with. There is so much stuff I want to buy! Thank you for your help.
I bought a charm necklace, and received it. It was broken. I contacted their 'third party' vendor who they used to ship it. The Customer Service rep who answered the phone, said they would gladly ship just the locket itself, if I returned the locket only, NOT the charms, since they were completely out of the 'pet' theme. That is exactly what I did. TWO weeks later, I get an email saying they can't refund, or send me the locket because I didn't return the charms. They were a mess with losing my boots when they were under the name NO MORE RACK. I see nothing has changed. I have told everyone I know, don't order from them. Two times in a row, with horrible customer service, and no refund. 3 times is not going to happen to me.
Back when it was nomorerack i loved shopping with them! But this new choxi is terrible! Though i must say customer service is ok, the manufacturers they work with aren't serious!
I order a set of 6 bras, 6 lace underwear and 12 knocker boxers. The bras came in no time! But my other 2 purchases never came!
It's been a month of back and forth with choxi they claim to be looking into it with their manufacturers but nothing! I got a full refund on the boxers but have yet to get any news on the lace underwear.
I always order online and never have I had to go thru an ordeal such as this. They told me to allow the manufacturers 10 to 14 to ship the items but they were never shipped. I was given a fake tracking number for the lace underwear! Terrible service!
This site has good deals and frequent discounts but I have had multiple problems that almost always go unresolved: wrong items, items never arriving, items being shipped to the wrong address. I also have frequent issues logging into their site, my account is frequently "locked" or "flagged as fraudulent" and I can't buy the item, then when its fixed the item or the discount I was trying to get is over. Their sales and prices are tempting but its more trouble than its worth and extremely frustrating, especially when their customer service will offer little more than an apology.
So far I have had positive experiences with CHOXI from the quality of the items and the speedy manner in which I receive them to the prices. Only have had a couple of issues but that was me not reading the descriptions correctly and of course I was not happy, but again that was on me. Overall it is a great site with great stuff!

This is my second purchase and I received my product on time and in perfect condition. Also, another plus, the sandals I purchased for $12.00 a pair were $39.95 everywhere else.

Very happy with your products. Need to make shirts in XL, I love some of them but they say one size. I like the reviews as some of the shirts I have bought were so small. I am 5'2 and weigh 140 lbs. I then ordered the next size up but they were about the same size. But love your products.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
