I love shopping on Choxi. I can literally find anything on this site. I have spread the word to many people; it has become an addiction with them as well! I like the fact that the shipping is so low priced; that is the reason I hesitate to order from some online stores. There's always something new and fun on Choxi.
Some of my purchases have worked out, but unfortunately the negative outweigh the positive. I understand that with internet shopping returns happen, but with Choxi I have had three defective purchases within the last six months. I find that a little high for my taste. However, they keep sucking me back with there $10 off a thirty dollar purchase offer. I'm a sucker for a good sale.
I ordered the Garmin fitness band and realized after paying with pay pal it did not have the heart monitor. I was more than 2 days late and although there was NOT a tracking number that the item had shipped I was told I couldn't cancel the order. So now I will have to wait til the item arrives then return it, not very happy since there was not a tracking number to prove it had even shipped. I have bought several items from Choxi and although it seems to take a long time to receive the item, overall I am satisfied.
Customer Service (via e-mail) was helpful. They answered my questions and gave some options for a solution.
Even though mix up was with manufacturer, Choxi helped solve the problem to my satisfaction..

Had to contact customer service a couple times, and took a long time, and a few emails to get my returns settled. But most products are good, and shipping on time.
If this order was the zombie, it didn't work for Halloween but seemed to be working next day, if this was the athletic terry bands thy're great. When send one of these reviews specify what was bought so we know exactly what reviewing, I bought

Cheap prices, sometimes quick shipping. Even $2 shipping is a cheap rate, its better than paying $15-20 shipping.

The items seem to come in the mail very quickly and accurately according to what they're estimates are. I am also impressed with their free shipping which is often offered to the public as well as their discount gift coupons. So far I am very pleased and I've ordered five or six items now. I hope to return often.

I shop at Choxi about twice a month. They have a great variety of merchandise. I especially like their coupon offers! If ever I have a problem, their customer service dept is always prompt and courteous.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
