I've ordered a number of items from this company. Each have been great. I've also had to return an item that was easy and fast too. I ordered the grey and black seat covers and the only issue is that it doesn't fit my front bucket seats that well. But even though they look and feel great and dogs are happy not to slide around from the old back seat canvas cover.
I have only had 3 dissatisfied experiences with items too ran too small but I gave them to others as gifts but that's not a good thing to keep happening
Purchased a high end handbag. Very happy with the price, quality, and speed of delivery.
I gave it the 14 days and called in & I was told someone would get in touch with me 3 days ago & I still haven't heard from anyone. This is not something that usually happens!

I had orderd many things through nomorerack and had nothing but great experiences. But i orderd a mystery box of e. L. f. Cosmetics and when i was going through all my goodies there was a bottle of nail polish
When I bought cheap kitchen gadgets and they were useless, I figured that's the story with cheap kitchen gadgets. When I bought shirts that were one size smaller than the label indicated, I figured the site didn't necessarily know that.
But last night, at 9:46 when I bought an HP 8000 computer, I thought I must have "bounced" the button when entering the code for a $10 VIP Gift discount. The page that came back said they couldn't take two codes on one purchase. The confirmation email, at 9:48, though, said they hadn't credited it even once.
I immediately (9:50) notified them of the site malfunction, and at 4:46 AM they wrote back closing the issue without doing anything. I wrote back to cancel the order, and they said that because it was over 2 hours, I could not cancel.
I made a couple purchases from choxi recently and I am very pleased. I did purchase from them a couple years ago as well when they were just called nomorerack and I was also pleased at that time. I have only purchased jewelry for my boyfriend, my niece, and I and a couple tshirts for him so far. The pictures might be a little different from the item you receive but it was worth it for me. My boyfriend & niece did enjoy the gifts and so did I!
I bought 2 kindle fires from the site when it was Nomorerack. I kept these devices put up until now (9 months latter). When I went to register them with Amazon, it turns out that the devices have 000 serial numbers, hence they can't be registered! I was told by Amazon, to return these devices to the people I bought them from. Why would the warehouse take these kindles, refurbish them, give them an all zero serial number and then sell them? I could have bought one new kindle for the price I paid for these two. I thought this was a great deal, but I probably will not be able to use these devices, except to surf the internet. I will not buy from this site again and I suggest that whoever reads this does not either.
Last Christmas I ordered two teddy bears, I only received one. I made the Mistake of ordering from them again and I had to return. What a mess! Returned product and still waiting on my refund after 2 wks. DON'T DO IT!
I order a set of 10 replacement pads for a TENS unit and a 3 pair set of slipper socks on October 6,2015. Also, if I remember correctly, I ordered a beautiful dark teal blue leather purse for only $ 39.99. My order arrived earlier than expected and I am pleased with the overall quality and fit of the items. I love my new purse and always tell family and friends that I order from Choxi.com. I'm sure that there will be many more purchases from me in the future.
My computer arrived in a badly damaged box that had been patched along the way. The machine itself was damaged. The entire problem was caused by poor packing at the originator's end.
Your shipping and products are much better than when it was Nomorerack! I didn't have many good experiences with Nomorerack! Keep up the good work!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
