There's NOT been one product that has NOT met my expectations and at a reasonable price! Their customer service is also exceptional!
Usually my orders from Choxi take no longer than a week but my tablet was a little more than 2 weeks. As soon as I connected Choxi about my concern, 2 days later received email that tablet had been shipped, two day later the tablet arrived. It was awesome how quickly things got done.
CHOXI, has developed a new and exciting website, the easy-to-use navigation from start to finishing shopping to placing to your order. The items ordered are tracked all the way to your mailbox to me that demstrats that CHOXI cares about the customers orders. Great company.
I have shopped with Choxi (It was Nomorerack when I started) for some years now, and the customer service has always been great. The items I purchased were as good or better than I expected, and I will continue to shop with Choxi because it is fun, easy and convenient.
Although I didn't keep the Apple the one's I bought it from were very helpful and happily let me return the Apple. For that I can never express my gratitude for this site. Thanks

Ordered choc and flavors single cup coffee and ended up with Bold! Not very happy, but I am sure was just a mistake. How do I get my coffee now?

I ordered an item on 9/28/15. The site promises to ship within 10 days, probably less. Today is 10/15/15, and still no item.
I emailed along the way, as the 10 day promise had passed. I was told it would be looked into and to give them 3 days for an update. That time passed, emailed again, same response. Timeframe passed, and emailed again. Was told to give them one day to get back to me. Timeframe expired. Today, 10/15/15, I received an email that said they were unable to reship the item! It had never been shipped in the first place!
When Choxi was Nomorerack, I HAD the item by the 12 day mark.
I ordered (5) items and to dated I've received (4). I am worried that this last item won't be received in time. Could you please check the status of this item and let me know if it is back-ordered or the expected delivery date.

I have had an excellent experience with Nomorack (now Choxi) and I will continue to purchase from them. I have an issue with customer service that I called in a week ago about some grill mats that did not arrive. They were to get back to me within a couple of days and so far have not, but I am sure they will handle the problem.
I sent my experience earlier in the week. I guess you all ask but do not respond to my earlier Casio Watch Experience.
I received a email wanting to know how I liked the merchandise I ordered, and I hadn't received it, Choxi's staff got right back to me and the merchandise was delivered. Great response!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
