I have had a great experience with Choxi and will continue my shopping with them.
I never received the coffee I ordered. I called and they said they would check into it... 2days later I received ean email stating the supplier was not going g to ship it and I would receive credit... havent received that either.
"Beautiful Ring!" Where did you get it... from Choxi... I would like to have one too. I told them about the web site and they are now a shopper just like me.
I have loved most of the items I have purchased. Most of them are good quality. Unfortunately I did receive a non-working Kenneth Cole watch, tried to get it fixed and I was told it is unfixable by my local jeweler. I also bought a car charger for my iPhone but it would not plug into the iPhone. Weird. I never returned these things or asked for a refund because of time constraints.
I wish their shipping was much faster. It can take 3-4 weeks sometimes to receive an order.
Other than what I mentioned above, most of the things I've purchased are good quality for the price.
I must say that i was not pleased with this last product that i had receive. Most always i am very pleased I know that wants choxi gets my review back that changes will be made.
I absolutely love the dog house I purchased through Choxi. The price was VERY reasonable and I received the item sooner than expected. This item exceed my expectations and my new puppy loves her new home. Thank you Choxi!
I was sent a queen size quilt in a king size package. Because I did not keep the packaging, I was told their was nothing that could be done. I am unhappy about this because it was their fault for sending the wrong size in the king package.
Some of the stuff i ordered lately i never got and had to have a refund i do give there support a good job for at lease getting back to me i think they should look at some of there venders a bit closer.

I just received the order, in a timely fashion, but have not used it yet so I have no opinion - except that they should include at least a starter supply of batteries.
Al items I have bought from Choxi have been of excellent quality. When I need help from their Reps, always have solved any and all problems that I might have had. Deliveries are very fast.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
