I purchased my item 9/9/15. After it was incorrectly shipped and returned to the company by the PO, I contacted the company and they refunded my money. I wanted the item at the price I paid for it. They refused to reship to the correct address. I had a coupon code for free shipping and bought the item at a considerable discount. I think they just didn't want to honor the sale at the price. The customer service reps were UN-helpful. They repeatedly refused to reship to me.
From all the things i ordered here, only one was not satisfactory but generally speaking, i'm satisfied.
I have had very good experience with Choxi everything is right on price and sent to me with in a few days.
Order a six piece comforter set that was shown only in a six piece so I ordered it when I went to order another comforter set I found out the same comforter I order also came in a eight piece for the same price I paid for the six piece wish I was given a choice when I put my order in I would have order the eight piece instead of the six other than that I love the comforter I order
I have been shopping with no more rack which is now Choxi for quite some time. When it was no more rack, I had no troubles whatsoever. I made an order over two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for two of my items to be delivered. One of the items I received was a pair of shoes for my husband and the left shoe was completely messed up. When I called customer service they told me I had to return the shoes and their original package in new condition. They said they would send me a shipping detail which needed to be printed off and on the package, but I have not received the email and I've called sense to get a new one. Nothing has been done on their end. I've done online shopping for very long time but using choxi Will no longer be anyone I do business with. Online shopping is supposed to be easy and convenient and save time, not make me spend lots of time on the phone with customer service to still see no results and still don't have my packages delivered within the timeframe I was given. Anyone reading this I recommend Amazon.com

I ordered a "smart watch" which wouldn't hold a charge for 12 hours. Upon notifying Choxi, they provided me with a return shipping address label and a credit on my account, indicating that they do their best to back up their products.
I could look at categories with lots of items in each to look at so many options and make an educated purchase with deep to deeper discounts 25% to 83% with only $2 shipping per item.
I recently purchased Ugg boots on the Choxi website and found that a few days after my credit card had been charged, my purchase was cancelled and credit card refunded. I contacted Choxi for an explanation and was given multiple excuses for not honoring the price posted on their website. The boots were still available for purchase but at a much higher price. Finally, a supervisor at Choxi admitted today that the price was erroneously posted and the offer was rescinded given that they didn't want to honor the sale price posted for the boots. Am I missing the responsibility of retailers to honor posted sales? What's up with Choxi representative "Heidi" giving false information about why the order could not be competed prior to the supervisor fessing up to simply not wanting to honor the sale price listed? What has happened to business ethics and customer service?!?! No respect for Choxi.
I am almost finished Christmas shopping and I saved so much money. I have a very large family and I found everything that I wanted on Choxi.com

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
