This was my 1st time ordering from Choxi and it surely won't be the last. The site was very user friendly, making ordering easy and efficient. I couldn't believe the deals on items that would have cost a lot more anywhere else. The item I ordered arrived in a timely manner and in perfect shape.
This review relates to my first purchase with Choxi. I bought three very small items. They all arrived in good condition and are of good quality. The purchasing process was very easy. The only reason that I didn't give five stars is because they seemed to take an inordinately long amount of time to arrive and each was sent separately. Now I understand that this last part may not be under Choxi's control, as the items are probably drop-shipped from the manufacturer or some middle-man, but it still was unexpected and annoying. Other than that, everything was great.
Your website is easy to navigate easy to follow instructions and if necessary the support team is excellent and always available.
I love shopping this site. Just every once in awhile something gets messed up but that is very understandable. Will keep shopping here

My experience with choxi since i started shipping online with them has been the best, my packages arrive on time and i get what i see, i have never been dissapointed, whenever i have a problem with an order, they solve it immediately, i would reccomend choxi to anybody without any doubt, thankyou choxi and keep it up.
For the most part my experience has been great, but some of the products are not the best quality. I assume that is the reason for the low pricing.

Everything I have purchased has been great. I will keep buying their product. I recomend it to everyone.
I purchased a set of sheets which were very reasonably priced and nice quality. However, it was confusing when it stated 1800, which I believed was thread count. They were nice quality, but polyester, not cotton. All in all a very good purchase and I am very satisfied.
Choxi provided very quick service, order received guickly and as always well packed and in good shape.
Most of my shopping experiences has been pretty good so far but I would like to see more plus size clothing. This is the only complaint that I have so far, most of the cute clothing is for regular size so please include more cute clothes for plus sizes.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
