I was disappointed in not being able to get the three red frying pans because i was told the mfg bid out. Otherwise all purchases were good.
There have been a number of times I order advertised items, only to find out weeks later some of suppliers cannot deliver what I ordered. If you order more than one of an item., these suppliers will send one, but will not explain or credit you for the missing item until you make an inquiry as to what happen. Certain brand names, I'm reluctant to order from.

When I enter the offered discount, it shows on the order but doesn't show on the final bill. This has happened twice.

I have been and continue to be a supporter and cusyomer of choxi... however i get treated like a crook and I am shown no benefit of tbe doibt. I ordeted a tempered glass screen for my Samsung edge6 plus cellphone. Waited 4 weeks only to get tbe wrong one shipped. When i called to explain, i was told send it back and when we get it we will refund your money, then you can order again. J have orxeted so much from choxi. I have even placed ordets since this ordeal but it still leave a bitter feeling. It was not my error... it was choxi who was in error. If not for one kind and thoughtful rep who in the least listened to my concern and offered a reasonable solution... i would never order from this site again.
