I bought the Key locator that was on special. I love them. I had wanted to get one before but all the ones I saw were overpriced. My product arrived very fast and was in great shape. It works exactly as I expected. The key attachment is a bit hard to get into but once you get the hang of opening them it's not so bad. They all worked great.
I had a problem with a pair of headphones and they made it right.
I keep coming back to this site because the prices are so unbelievably affordable.
There's no way I would be able to get the things I have purchased any where esle that this site offers. Even if I miss the free shipping deals, there's always another one to come around soon. Somethings are hard to get cause its first come first serve but that's just shows how much people love this site. Sometimes I wish there were days when the free shipping time limit can be extended. Otherwise, I just loveee Choxi. Pssss... I still don't know how to pronounce the name.

I placed two orders with Choxi within a one week time span. I received one okay but had an issue with the other one. Choxi resolved the issue quickly and went above and beyond what I expected. I will be a lifetime customer!
I ordered boots. They were exactly what I wanted and came quickly.
I ordered three pair of Dawgs, I ordered size 8 that is what I wear, they were really way too big, I gave them away to my friends, I hate too order the right size and find them big or small, I quess i will order size 7 next time if there is a next time.

Only part of my order was received. I had to contact Customer Service. I think the outside vendor forgot to process my order, because my order arrived after my contact with Customer Service - I could tell by the postmark on the package.
Trying to deal with customer service over an order sent to my old address was nerve racking! I still have not received that package as of today!
I have purchased many items over the years and have found them to be good values. Customer Service, however, has it's limitations. They usually can't provide specific information beyond what is in the description. Also, I recently referred a friend and he made a sizable purchase, I still have not gotten credit for the referral however. I've contact customer service but got no response.
The ring I ordered arrived with a tiny stone missing. You dealt with the problem immediately. I returned the ring to you and was promptly credited.
I ordered Motorola Bluetooth SD10 headphones, and a Skull Candy Bluetooth Speaker. I am highly pleased with both products as both have great sound quality and long battery life, just hopeful that battery life lasts for a long period of time.

The package came on expected delivery date. Contents intact. The Kcups are wonderful. The quantity is great for the price. I will order again perhaps a different brand to develop my tastebuds. Look forward to some good coupons for future orders.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
