Will never buy from choxi ever again you do not stand by your purchase I order a over filled alternative down comforter king color sage it has a big gress stain on it I was told to send it back, and I don't mind doing that but I have nothing to put it in too send it back I through with everything I have orderd you would send me out a new one and I could put the other comforter in that bag or box and send it right out to you with a return lable oh well Karen odonnell

I tried to place an order with a Coupon they sent me. Something happened to my order and when I tried to use the Coupon to re-order, it wouldn't let me use it. I emailed them SEVERAL times. All I wanted was the $10.00 coupon that they sent me but it took forever to finally get it. They have good prices and a nice selection. Just hope it doesn't happen again!

The shopping experience was great, but not so much after the purchase! I receive way too many daily Emails, sometimes two or three a day! I finally clicked the unsubscribe button, but they still come!

I just finished trying to use the whitening strips that I ordered and received from your company. After trying to get three (3) sets off the foil I finally gave up! There was NO way of getting them off the foil and on to my teeth! The gel shriveled up and pulled into pieces. I ordered strips from No More Rack once before. They weren't as good as crest strips but at least I could get them onto my teeth without too much hassle. The strips you sent me were not the same. Am VERY UNSATISFIED. Would like to return for complete credit!
I am pleased with my shoes and the table top nail polish holder. My order came in a timely manner and I also had free shipping. Nomorerack now Choxi is great! I always find a bargain or something I've never seen before anywhere else.
The Unisex Polarized Fit-Over Sunglasses - ASSORTED STYLES was a bit disappointing. Though I had no problem choosing which style and color (of 2 styles - ASSORTED?, 2 colors), they don't FIT OVER my glasses very well. If I were a man, the UNISEX wouldn't work...
Contacted customer service via email and was answered very quickly. They contacted the company. Within a week I received my other item. Quick and friendly service.
I ordered two silver chains and a scale and received a confirmation of order.
Billed $48.45 on 9/21.
Received both chains ( $9.00 each), but no scales.
Then on 9/26, I was billed for 41.00(?)
Still no scales.
Received an email stating that my scales had shipped, but still waiting.
I will not be ordering anything else until this has been corrected.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
