With the exception of the last two orders, I have gotten great service from Choxi. My only problem was that the last two items that I had ordered did not let me know that they had been shipped or send me a tracking number for either item. One came by US Mail and the other was shipped FedEx and both had a tracking number. Other than that, I like the prices and products and service. Two thumbs up!
They are always right on top of it when I have to email with a question. Love this store!

I have had a couple of experiences that required assistance from customer service in recent months. One required getting a refund and the other was a request for information. In both cases, they responded promptly and resolved my issues.
I got a very good deal on Choxi. I didn't know what to expect the first time but got emails after my order with a confirmation and another saying that my order was secure and protected. I will order with Choxi in the future..
When Choxi carries an item I need, it's luck. The prices are good and the delivery is timely. It is generally worth a quick look at what's for sale in the mailings.
I called about a partial order that I had received, with no explanation about the back order. Angeli handled the problem promptly and professionally, and got me an answer(And New Tracking number) in short order.
Great Customer Service
However, there have been 3 or 4 times and September 23 was one of them, where the item I ordered was not able to be delivered. This is disappointing and frustrating.
Ordered 4 items - received 2 fairly quickly - still haven't received the other 2
Items 20 days later.
The merchandise is expensive/nice without being costly. Fun & unusual items also that I don't think I would find in a store. CHOXI is helping my Christmas shopping along wonderfully.

Pretty-much everything I've ordered has turned out fine... except for the lighted tweezers. One of them doesn't light and the other doesn't tweeze well.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
