Their response to shoes that were too small for a size 8...
We do accept return to our warehouse address below regardless of any reason, as long as the return fee is at your own expense:
However, the charge would be high due to geographical distance, so the returning option is not our first recommendation. As much as I want to keep you as our loyal customer, I will try convince our billing department to provide you with a 30% DISCOUNT on your next order for a new size that fits. If you are not sure about your foot size, we can give you further support to decide what size is perfect for you. I trust that this deal is way much better than losing extremely high return shipping fees for an exchange, isn't it?

Stay Away!

Do not purchase from them. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. They were cheap so that was nice but when I got them, they were too small. I didn't wear them, had the original packaging and contacted them right away, within 24 hours of receiving them. They were slow to respond and the shoes were way too small. I just wanted an exchange and they would not do it. They said I ordered the wrong size. Ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Do not buy from them.

Oh WOW, my large sized bra MARKED L would fit a 60 pound child. Stitching coming loose, cheap, sleezy material! This company needs to be eliminated! A TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

If you order from this company, please know that they are in Shanghai, China. There is no phone number and they will NOT return any message or respond to a return request. They are the worst company ever. Their sizing chart is way off the mark! Stay away.

I ordered shoes on September 8,2020. They have been charged to my credit card since that day. I have not received the shoes, it has been 4 weeks! Please send me my shoes or refund my money! Asap

Just recently ordered a pair of Sandals from janes closet. After weeks of no noticed other then my notice of balance withdraw. I haven't received my conformation number or tracking. So after reading there reviews. WOW! Was i surprised on all the bad reviews and from were i was standing with my situation it is true. After weeks of sending off my first email to ask them about my tracking they never responded. So i text them back told them that i seen there reviews and pretty disappointed and concern about my order. Well got my sandals very disappointed on the quality. They were right plastics bulk bag delivery. Ill never take the chance with ordering for janes closet again. Buyer beware!

Very fishi website

I purchased shoes at September 7.2020, was patiently waiting for 23 days, my order never arrived, I thought this store is located in the USA but I find out with tracking number it is located all the way in China, my order sits in China for 23 days without progress. I have made a call to costumer service witch suppose to respond 24 hours... there is also no answer, I received auto Text message, they line is busy. I'm about to call to my bank and report this scam bugs.

IMPOSTERS

It took six weeks for my shoes to arrive. When I received them, they looked like duct tape attached to styrofoam. Dreadful, dreadful quality. They are unwearable, they are so bad! They are European sized, which I did not know. I ordered a size 8 in American shoes, but got a 38 European. Customer service tells me this is the same size, but it is clearly not. Poor, poor quality, and zero customer service. Be forewarned -- this is NOT a legitimate company!

I order some shoes almost a month ago and still have not received them. I have emailed them and they won't reply back. I called the phone number listed, no one answered and a few minutes later I got a text message. If I could give them a negative zero star I would.

Imposter Company

Negative Stars-I saw a California address on website so assumed I was buying stateside. I stay away from buying directly from China because of size and Returns are impossible. This is a China company and everything ships directly from China. My order arrived about a month after I ordered and all too small. Impossible to return!

BUYER BEWARE!

It took almost 3 months fr my shoes to arrive, and when they did it was the wrong size. I honestly did not think anything of the mistake it was literally a size off but still the wrong size and not my fault... and I still have them almost a month later because no one has replied to my 30+ emails, and post on the return and delivery area, as well as text that were ultimately sent to me stating post in the text... I did 11 times and nothing. No forwarding address of confirmation to send them. They are really nice shoes but pointless for me. I actually had planned on purchasing 3 more pair. And not happy I bought two. But live nad LEARN and BUYER BEWARE! I am out almost $60 and disappointed

I ordered a pair of shoes that didn't fit. It took them 3 three weeks to respond to my email. They essentially wouldn't let me return the shoes. Don't waste your time. The worst customer service experience I've ever had and that's saying something. If I could give them a negative number of stars I would.

These people are the worst. I bought a set of bras, they were too small. I ended up sending 8 emails in a span of 3 months, to get an authorized return. They NEVER returned my email. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I ADVISE YOU DONT EITHER. THEY SHOULDN'T EVEN BE IN BUSINESS.

Miss leading shoes

Ad said LEATHER shoes. NOT man made. Cheap plastic. Cannot wear without stockings, my feet sweat to the insole. Very, very disappointed. I paid $30.00 for "crappy" shoes. I ordered 3 pairs. NOT A HAPPY CONSUMER!

Worth the wait

I almost thought I had been scammed because it took almost 5 weeks to get the shoes (just like they advertised) but they are absolutely wonderful. I have a high arches - check - need cushion for lots of walking - check - feet swell sometimes, but not all of the time - check - don't like an orthopaedic look - check. They arrived today and seem well made. When I emailed asking about tracking, I got a quick and complete response. Worth the wait.

I ordered a bra for $29 that took 5 weeks to come, but it was in the midst of COVID. The bra was much smaller than I expected. I contacted them for a refund. I sent them a photo of the bra, showing it to be in perfect condition, and indicating the size. Their website had said they would get back to me within 5-10 days. After 17 days, I contacted Capitol One to launch a fraud dispute. I got an immediate response from them requesting more pictures, and wanting to work with their development department on sizing. They also reminded me they have a sizing chart on their website. I sent them back an email saying they already had the required picture from me, I did not want to talk to them about sizing, I want to return the bra for a full refund. I heard nothing further from them. Capitol One re-charged my account, because Jane Closet showed them proof I had received the bra. I spoke with Capitol One fraud department again, and as a goodwill gesture they credited the $29 to my account. So chalk one up to Jane Closet for defeating me and Capitol One by wearing me out. Good for Capitol One for their mercy in refunding my money, but absolutely no penalty to Jane Closet. Lesson learned for me.
