STAY AWAY FROM JANE CLOSET! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I wanted to order some bras and the type I was looking for was carried by Jane Closet. I wish I had searched for reviews. It would have saved me the money and irritation. I checked to make sure this bra was not on the list for a non-returnable in case it was the wrong size. Worst company to deal with! After I received my order a month later, I opened the shipping package and saw that the bras, individually packages, were no where near what the size chart said. I reached out to start a return and was told my order didn't qualify and was non-returnable. I pointed out that the bras I ordered were not on their list and asked that they escalate the issue higher due to not having this product clearly mentioned on the website or order before submitted that this would be a non-returnable item. Had I known it would be non returnable, I would have never wasted the money on them. The reasoning I was given was that the "warehouse is in Vietnam, the charge would be high due to geographical distance." But they were willing to give me a 30% discount. I would never use due to poor customer service and clarity on their website and return policy. I will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from any of their products.

I beg you, save your money and sanity and do not order from this company! I spent over $120 on 4 pairs of "orthopedic" shoes after recovering from extensive ankle surgery. They looked so cute!
Each one was different in length, though I ordered all same size! The size was labeled with a sticker on back of shoe? They could have been ( and were!) all different sizes! And no arch support! Cheap, cheap! Orthopedic? Absurd!
Yes, they returned my email and said I could get a refund if I shipped them back to 4th Floor, 72 Tran Quoc Toan Street, Tran Hung Dao Ward, in Hanoi! ( they were mailed from CA!). The cost was almost mire than they charged me for the dam shoes, that ended up in the trash!
Not sure why they are allowed to stay in business!

AGAIN I have been stung. Me thinking this business was located in CA I thought I had a pretty good chance this business was legit. When it was taking forever to get my shoes I contacted them and they said..."Because of the COVID things were having to be shipped from another country". REALLY? Anyway, when I received the shoes, which I ordered the same size as I have worn for many years, my toes came to the very end and they are extremely narrow. Of course I have been back and forth with these people trying to return them for a refund. Once I convinced them I should have the right to determine if the shipping cost is too much, they have finally given me an address to mail them back... LOW AND BEHOLD I have to send them back to HANOI - NOT CALIFORNIA. GO FIGURE

I ordered some shoes, and when I got the order confirmation it showed a pair of shoes that I didn't order. I didn't receive an invoice, so I emailed the company to ask for the invoice, telling them that the order confirmation was incorrect, so I wanted to see the invoice. In the request for the invoice I gave details about the shoes I had ordered. They responded in 24 hours, confirming that the order was for the wrong shoes, and that the order would be shipped soon (for the wrong shoes). I asked to change the order before the shoes shipped. No response. I emailed every day for several days, using the invoice number. No response. The shoes arrived today, the wrong ones. No invoice, return information, no paperwork in the package. Cheap junky shoes that I didnt order. I tried one on, thinking I might as well keep them, I'll never get a refund. They don't fit, huge in the instep and heel, supposed to be orthopedic, what a joke. When I looked up the invoice number the site says the number doesn't exist. So I tried the tracking number. That says that number isn't in their system. Don't order from this company. I'm furious, I tried so hard to get a response, I'll never get a refund. And I don't want any more shoes from this company.

I wished I have checked review about this website first before I paid for my shoes. This company is a scam with possible fake review on their website. The shoes took 22 days to arrive. They are not premium orthopedic shoes at all with no arch support and the sole of the shoes falls out. I asked for return or refund. Email message takes 2 weeks for reply and they cite their policy for no refund or return. JUST DO NOT BUY FROM JANE CLOSET.

I received the AZZY shoes in a black plastic bag and the shoes were crushed on the backs. I followed EXACTLY the directions for getting return authorization, as the website addresses returns for damaged product. After not hearing from the email, contacted them and then was told I could return them to Hanoi. Due to the expense of that, they offered 20% on future orders - nothing for the damaged shoes. The shoes are awful anyway, orthopedic in what way? Total ripoff.

I ordered 3 Jenn Bras and were very disappointed with them. The material is not supportive and the bras did not feel good when wearing them (cheap material). I requested to return these items for a refund due to dissatisfaction. There refund policy is such that it makes it almost impossible to a refund. It took me two months to finally get an approval to return them for a refund. Customers are responsible for shipping. The catch however; they have to be shipped to Vietnam. International shipping costs well over a $150. The bras cost $60. This is another way this company prevents/deters customers from getting a refund. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! You will be stuck with items if you don't want them.
