I will Start with the only two good things I can say about the shoe, it does fit and is comfortable but the quality is very poor! The shoes were advertised as being premium quality genuine leather but they are made of synthetic material not real leather. They are worth about $5-10 max at a discount store. I was extremely disappointed after spending $54 for two pair of shoes which at this point I can do nothing about but take it as a loss and make the best of it. I want to add Jane.com is a US web based shipping solution for online retailers. For instance these shoes shipped directly from the vendor in Shanghai China. It took a really long time for delivery. I could've dealt with the wait, but the quality was really the main issue and disappointment. Lesson learned if it seems to good to be true it usually is. False advertisement and over priced. Rip off.

After waiting almost 6 weeks my sneakers finally arrived stuffed into a plastic bag. The size I always wear is an 8 but these sneakers are too small and not suede but plastic. No one from the company has responded to the emails. I learned my lesson I'm sticking to the stores I know this one is a scam.

Stay away

Stay away! I needed to exchange shoes for a different size. The response was to ship back to warehouse in Vietnam at considerable expense or buy the shoes again.

RIP OFF

Foreign made. Bras are crap. Way to small and have NO support and they refuse to take them back and refund my money. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR ANY STAISFACTION FROM THEIR PRODUCTS. PLWASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It will take months to get the products and they are piss poorly made.

Shoes didn't fit for the size my wife wears. Took them over a month to reply to my email to get an exchange.

Pretty obvious they are a Chinese company with a website that claims they're in California.

False advertising

Their items are not what they claim to be. The quality is below par. They also answer your first customer service question and then don't answer any other ones. They haven't refunded my money, even though I have followed their process. Do not buy. The shoes were too small also.

Caution Total rip off

This place is into stealing your money. Please do not buy from here. I place a order with them. They claim my order was lost, did not refund my $158.00 will not pick up their phone, will not communicate. I ordered 6-2-2020 here it is 9-16-2020. No money return, no product recieved.and no emails after the first one.

I ordered orthopedic shoes in my regular shoe size and when they arrived, I tried to make them fit but they were too small. I have tried for 2 months to exchange them. They repeatedly ask for pictures of the shoes, my feet, pictures of my measurement of my feet, etc. They are playing games and I dont think they will ever be honorable and give me my money back or exchange the shoes. Because they are an international shop, it costs more to return the items than what they are worth and I doubt that I will ever be able to sell them. I cannot even see how they call them orthopedic either, they are regular shoes. Had I known from the ad that they were not in the U.S., I would never have ordered the shoes. I will contact the Fed. Trade Comm., White House, and BBB and any other agencies I can find to report them and others like them. I lost money on t-shirts from China because they were ridiculously small. This is a robbery and rip-off for the American Consumer and i pray justice will be done to these thiefs. They should never be allowed to advertise or at least post correct info on their ads of where they are based.

I ordered a bra from this company after seeing a photo of it pop up on my cell phone. It looked really comfortable, and it showed that it had a front closure, which because of my size I thought would be really practical. The design of this bra is ridiculous. You have to pull it over your head, and the front closure is completely superfluous. It serves absolutely no purpose. Too late, when I read the return policy, the company will not accept returns of nearly all, if not all, of its line of bras. $32 down the drain and lesson learned.

If and when you get your order it is cheap made with cheap fabric, and very disappointing. They do not have a phone. They do not answer their emails on a timely basis. They never replied back to my last email. Don't waste your time or money

Don't buy from Jane Closet

I bought three pairs of shoes from Jane Closet at the beginning of July. It took nearly two months to get them but they took the dollars out of my account right away. The shoes were clearly too wide for my feet but they don't want to process a return. They said they sent what I asked for so they aren't responsible. I did send them back but have not received any correspondence from them nor return of my money. I am out all but $100. I have repeatedly sent messages to them with no response regarding a return, however, they did suggest I gift the shoes to someone in my family and order something else. They are clearly a scam.

Shoes I bought took forever to arrive, and once they did were nothing like the phots. No arch support as indicated and they fell apart the first time I wore them, in my house the very first hour. Will always check reviews first from now on. I feel I have been a victim of bait and switch

Terrible quality

The shipping took awhile which I expected with Covid however once I got the shoes the quality is SUPER CHEAP! I've been trying to return with no response and even tried to mail back and they were refused! I'd never recommend this company to anyone! Don't buy from them

Buyer beware

I wished I had read the reviews before ordering my shoes. I ordered two pairs, Azzy size 7 1/2 and Cara Mesh size 8. The Azzy were too tight and the Cara Mesh too long and wide. I requested to exchange my purchases for different sizes, thinking I made a mistake with the sizes. After a couple of email communications, the customer service representative suggested I return them, at my expense, to their warehouse in Hanoi! She implied they sent the right size. They ghosted me after I asked her to clarify the correct size was sent, by telling me where to find the size imprinted in the shoes. The number marking on the plastic bag the shoes were encased said 38 and 39 respectfully. My sister had previously ordered my mother a pair of Azzy, size 10 1/2 and the number on her shoe was 39! I told my family Members NOT to buy anything else from this company!

I wishhhhhh I would have read the reviews first before ordering from this company. The address indicates that they are out of California, but after closely researching, it says that they drop ship from other countries like China. Had I known this I would have not ordered, because I've found that orders take longer to arrive and merchandise are poorly made. I ordered a pair of shoes on August 20,2020 and my payment was immediately debited from my card; however, almost a month later... no shoes. I've sent emails and haven't gotten any response; I've called, and of course, the phone just rings. I"m soooo glad I only ordered one pair of shoes so I will not be out of that much money, but you can bet your bottom dollar that I will NEVER order from them again.

I ordered the orthotic casual shoes... first off these are not orthotic and the fit is unwearable. I cannot recommend this company for merchandise or customer service, both are equally poor. Shame on Jane's Closet for your deceptive advertising and garbage merchandise. I'm sorry I did not read the reviews before my purchase. Lesson Learned... Buyer Beware...

Bought a pair of "orthopedic support casual shoes." Thank God I didn't pay much for them. They are too short and have absolutely NO support built into them. I waited 25 days for the shoes to ship from China. When they came, I immediately emailed Jane Closet to see how to return them. AH, there starts your problem. Received notification that shoes are supportive and are therefore rejected for return/refund. Thank you VISA for crediting my account. DO NOT BUY from these people! Save yourself a lot of grief, They should be be out of business.

I saw these cute shoes advertised on my home page. I ordered 2 pair of the same size (1 blue pair and 1 green pair). When they arrived over a month later, one pair was smaller than the other even though they were marked the same size. After several emails requesting a return, I found out that they were based in China. They told me to keep the shoes and offered me 30% back for the pair that THEY sent the wrong size of. I have sent a rebuttal requesting the full amount twice so far, but my emails have not been answered and I have not received any refund.
