I waited 6 weeks for my shoes and understand this most likely had to do with COVID 19. When I received I was so disappointed. They are too big, poorly made & I am actually going to toss in the garage because I can't imagine anyone else wanting them. I was surprised there wasn't a return slip included so I could get a refund. I will wait to toss out should u be willing to send me a mailing label to mail them back & get a refund.
I ordered 4 pair of shoes on June 5,2020, and spent over $100. Today is July 6,2020, and I still have not received them. When I check on my order status, it reads that the shipping information has been received--that's it. I've contacted Jane Closet several times. I emailed them June 8 to ask when I could expect the shoes to ship as I was planning on travelling. They responded to that email OVER two weeks later on June 25: "We are very sorry that our call center is being under reconstruction, so we're unable to give you immediate responses. I am checking with our shipping agency for more details about your order. Please understand that there are lots of queries so this will take time. Thank you for your patience! Your cooperation will be highly appreciated. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us via email." I don't mind being patient, and I'm more than willing to be cooperative and kind; however, this is no way to run a business. I have not heard from them since, so I sent another email today requesting a refund. Businesses cannot operate with this little communication and lack of response to their customers if they want to stay in business. Absolutely ridiculous. Who knows if I'll ever hear from them again?!
This company sucks! Wish I would have read reviews before ordering. Ordered a pair of sandals on 6/11. Order is showing in process from China since that date. CS rep says order should arrive by 8/5. Demanded money back because of late shipment. Reporting to BBB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
On June 4th I ordered two bras from Jane Closet and it is now July 1st and have yet to receive them. I have sent two emails to customer service. One I received a response that it was shipped out and the other no response. These products come from China. My account was debited immediately when placing the order. I requested a refund with no response. I would recommend ordering from Amazon since they seem to have their ducks in a row. They respond when their is an issue and they do not debt your account until the product has shipped.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES THESE THREE COMPANIES. I have to say, having purchased many, many goods online, for years, this is the ONLY time that I have ever been left furious at a vendor. Not only do they fail to mention that the product is being shipped from China, but they do not (as promised) inform you when your item has shipped. Their products of low quality. And forget a response from customer service regarding refund. I'm reporting them to my bank, the BBB and my state's consumer affairs division.
Ordered two bras from janecloset, very uncomfortable and offered no support. They refused to refund my money. Never will I buy from this place again. Two bras were $53.00. Not worth 53 cents.
I ordered shoes from Jane's Closet 5 weeks ago, and they finally arrived yesterday, from China. These shoes were advertised as "orthopedic" quality - "originally $60" and I paid $30+ "on sale". They are so poorly made that they're unusable. The company doesn't answer their phone ("due to Covid" according to their website) and hasn't replied to any of the 4 emails that I sent during the long wait to receive them. I would love to request a refund, but I have no hope of receiving one. I plan on donating them to Goodwill, if they'll even take them. This company is a scam! BUYER BEWARE!
Sandals came from China, took 3 weeks, were not even shipped in a box. Cheap, cheap, cherap. Paid $30+ for something I could have picked up at the Dollar Store for $5. Live and learn. Very bad company to do business with.
I got really worried when the "shop" tracker kept telling me that the shipping label was created but not loaded. I had ordered my Shoes on June 14, expecting that they would take a couple of weeks. I got the order confirmation but no indication whatsoever when the shoes were targeted to arrive. Not even a range of dates. Then I started writing notes and I got responses, but none of them answering my question as to when I might expect a ship date. Then I saw the reviews on this site and got worried.
Long story short, the shoes did show up, they look fine and fit fine. But it took 3 weeks, and the "shop" app never worked properly for tracking. So I'm replacing my one start review with a 2 star since I did get the merchandise. But their customer service and shipment tracking is pretty horrible.
Definitely feeling like the rest of the reviews on this site - and feeling ripped off. Was charged immediately. No items. No response from customer service. No refund. Reporting to BBB...
I ordered two pairs of shoes on May 22nd and the still are in processing and have not shipped. Nobody at Jane's Closet will return my emails
Place shoe order on May 25. Its June 12. Cannot get anyone by phone. No response via email. Going to complain to the Better Business Borough. I want my money back.
ORDERED THREE PAIR OF SHOES MAY 15 AND I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING AND I'VE BEEN TRYING TO REACH THESE PEOPLE AND IT'S SAYS SHIPPED BUT NOTHING CAME YET 80 DOLLAR GONE IT'S NOT FAIR THAT PEOPLE TAKE YOUR MONEY LIKE YOUR $#*! BUT GOD GOT THIS. IT'S GOTTA BE AWAY TO STOP THEM FOR DOING THIS TO US MAD AS HELL!
Looks like I have the same issue as everyone else. Ordered a bra, they took it out of my account, didn't send a tracking number,( although looks like it would have been fake anyway), sent 3 emails, only one answered with no helpful info. It has been almost 30 days. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. I hope more people will read reviews before shopping at Janescloset.com. They are a bad company.
Placed an order May 27th and today is June 9th, if it was coming from MARS it would already be here! I have emailed these people 3 times with NO response at all... and the tracking number is BS, you can't track it! I called my bank today and am filing a complaint for a refund... they charged my credit card 12 days ago and have not delivered! I think they are bogus, stay far far away!
Ordered several items on 5/6 from Jane closet and I have emailed several times. I got 1 response stating my items should ship in 3 to 5 days. That was May 20th. Still no items. I am sure this is a bogus company. Reporting to BBB and calling my bank for a full refund.
5/19/20 ordered shoes from Janecloset. Had to request an update. Email from Pooh, sent me a link to USPS with a tracking number USPS doesn't recognize. Have requested cancellation 3x, no response. Reporting to credit card Company for refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM JANECLOSET. SCAM!
Answer: Their items look great online but they must come from another country for it to take over a month to receive yet their shipping company is in California. They are like an export and import company. It's less of a headache if you don't purchase from them!
Answer: This is a scam company. Because you do not get product after 6 weeks and product is horribly cheap. I will not even pay $5 for this shoes and they are selling for $50
