Don't order bad experience placed order n june $87 still havent gotten order or a response from company. I've sent over 20 emails..
It took over 5 weeks for my order to arrive, only to receive the wrong sizes. One pair way to small, the other pair to big. They ask you to send pictures of the packaging, the shoe sizes, etc. I've done everything they've asked, and still they refuse to give me an address to return these items too. I will be contacting my bank, BBB, and who ever else I can contact! There should be something consumers can do when your completely ripped off..
The quality is no good they are hard and cheap.the refund is impossible. This company should get audit by costumer consumer and shut down for ever.
Beware of this company. Like many of the Chinese online boutique companies what you see on the website and what you get are two totally different things. Any positive, glowing reviews for this company and their products are planted reviews. As others state, this company is the worst. The Azzy orthopedic shoes I ordered are a total joke! They have zero orthopedic features and are basically flat sole moccasins with no arch supports, and they are cheaply made. I went round and round and round with Jane Closet to return them and they kept stalling me and having me provide more information with each return request. Totally frustrated, I went to my credit card company and initiated a charge back for fraudulent advertising of the product and WON! My money was finally refunded by the credit card company. I suggest EVERYONE that is unhappy with the bait and switch that Jane Closet practices to go to their credit card company for help. As an owner of a small business I know that there is a steep fee for chargebacks and for a low cost item it is best to refund the money. If they deny the 1st chargeback request you can initiate another and they will receive another chargeback fee. LET'S NOT LET THESE FRAUDULENT ONLINE BOUTIQUES KEEP RIPPING US OFF!
It took 5 weeks to arrive. But better than nothing. Hopefully it will be comfortable to wear all day... i think it all depends where the merchandise is coming from.
I ordered these shoes on JUNE 17th, and per Fed Ex label not shipped until JULY 21st. Mind you they took the money right away. The product didn't fit which I ALWAYS wear the same size shoe. 3 pairs were DIRTY I now have to try to sell them for a HUGE loss... DO NOY ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Every couch cover (ordered 3) I received is incorrect (wrong color or size) and I have been in a battle to get a full refund for months. They refuse to pay for the return shipping even though they are entirely at fault and tried to give me a 30% refund instead. STAY AWAY. Also, material is awful and does not look anywhere near as neat on an actual couch.
For one thing they debit your payment on the day you order the product. It is now over 3 weeks and I still have no product. I asked for a refund and was ignored. This is a seriously fake business. There are a number of complaints in the BBB. I can only echo what the other bad one star reviews have already stated. Stay away from this company. I also noticed that the same AZZY orthopedic shoes on different sites. I imagine it is the same people.
I had seen a toy advertised on Candy Crush, over and over. I thought it was something my Granddaughter and her father would have fun doing together. I ordered it the beginning of June for a June 23rd birthday. The web site was in California. After placing the order, then I see "China". It is now July 25th and no delivery----but---my credit card has been charged. When I try to contact them them I don't get any feedback. This should be a minus 5 stars.
This company is a scam. The order arrived after four weeks from Hanoi South Korea. The sneakers were damaged with creases in the leather that does not come out. They were shipped in a bag therefore they
Were damaged in shipping. Also the lining in the toe of the sneaker was torn. There response
Was that was the norm for them to look that why. They would not give me a pre-paid label to send them back.
It would cost $27 to return them and I only paid $32.00 for the sneakers. So I guess, I will just throw them away.
I ordered the AZZY Premium Orthopedic Casual Sneaker and I'm not usually one not read the reviews, but this time I didn't read a single one before I placed my order! So I still don't have my order and after looking at the pictures of the shoes that I'm supposed to get here under the reviews... I'M GOING TO TAKE THIS LOSS AS LESSON LEARNED AND YOU CAN KEEP THEM RAGGEDY $#*! SHOES AND PUT THEM IN THE TRASH, BECAUSE IF ACTUALLY GET THEM, I WILL TOSS THEM! YOU GUYS SUCK ON SO MANY LEVELS!
I would like to start with the fact that i was understanding these shoes were made in the USA / The shoes were like $19.99 with next pair free or half price, not sure, at any rate after almost 2 months i received my shows (one Pair) still have yet to receive the other pair and was charged $56.91. Math is a little off there i guess because they came from China, and i am not a DR but they dont feel like Orthopedic shoes/ I have a fused ankle and the shoes do not give enough for me to make a step/ In my opinion this is not a trust worthy sight/
I measured my foot for 7.5 exactly. Ad said wide toe box. Shoes arrived a month later. My toes were right up against the end and very narrow. Customer support required pictures of my foot measurement and shoe, then said i cant return them even though they dont fit since order filled correctly! Learned my lesson to not buy a name brand.
Consider my review a ditto of most of the others listed. Product took two months to arrive with no order confirmation or shipping communication. I ordered the white AZZY Premium Orthopedic Casual Sneaker. What they represent and what you receive are not the same. They are basically ill fitting espadrilles without arch support and constructed with inferior materials. They arrived with the colorful elastic band already fraying and not securely sewn. This is not a US company that honors their commitment to customer service. Don't believe their claims of "Buyer Protection- Full or Partial refund, if item is not as described" or that they "want you to be completely satisfied with the product". If you attempt to return them, they (Rosie) will send you odd requests of photos of your foot (who does that?) and ignore your request for a return authorization. I will be sticking with the brands I know and trust.
Please do not buy from this awful company! I purchased shoes according to their size chart which took over a month to arrive. When they did arrive they were way to small so I emailed for a return label. They emailed me back and said that they needed a photo. I don't know if they wanted a photo of my foot or what but I emailed them a picture of the package. Needless to say over 20 days has passed and I have not received a return label or any correspondence. This is the worst company ever and I hope they go out of business if this is the way they treat people!
A very pissed off ex customer
I finally received the two pair of sandals ordered in June. They are supposed to be the same size, but one pair is too big and the other pair is tight. The quality is cheap and the fabric has creasing in it. I am not crazy enough to deal with a refund after the lack of responses to emails. Lesson learned. I will chop it up to a lost and wear the sandals as slippers in the house. As I mentioned in my earlier review, I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering. Sites like this are essential.
From the website the shoe showed a lot of footbed orthopaedic support. 100% guaranteed.
My first warning sign was that the shoe came in a flimsy cellophane bag. The shoe was crushed in that packaging. I tried emailing back-and-forth quite a few times As to my disappointment Regarding The nonexistent orthopedic support. They kept asking me the same questions over and over, and I kept explaining to them what my problem was. The aim is just to frustrate you.
I wish I had read reviews prior to ordering my shoes. On June 10,2020, I order 6 pairs of shoes. I received a confirmation email on June 11,2020. To date, July 22,2020, I have not received my shoes or a reply to multiple emails requesting a status update. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the customer service department staff are working from home but as per site, "emails will be answered within 24 business hours." Lies, save your time, energy and money and BYPASS this site. It is not worth the aggravation. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, does not respond to emails.
Wanted to select no stars but it wasn't an option. I ordered a bra and it doesn't fit so I emailed to see if I couldn't return and no one will respond to my emails. Poor customer service. I advised DONT ORDER ANYTHING!

No way to contact them with reasonable expectation they will reply. Ridiculous refund/return policy. And it has a deadline but they must approve return first but you do not get approval... Just don't buy from this scammer!
Answer: Their items look great online but they must come from another country for it to take over a month to receive yet their shipping company is in California. They are like an export and import company. It's less of a headache if you don't purchase from them!
Answer: This is a scam company. Because you do not get product after 6 weeks and product is horribly cheap. I will not even pay $5 for this shoes and they are selling for $50
