I ordered shoes in May 2020 and contacted them to ask for them after weeks waiting. Initially they responded but then just completely ignored me. I had to get my money through my bank. Horrible service, never shop from them.

I ordered my mother two pairs of shoes from this "company." After a month of no order confirmations, tracking numbers, or communication whatsoever, I finally tried to call the company from the number on their website. It said that due to COVID, nobody would be answering the phones and that email was the only method to communicate with them - so I did. After a week, they replied and told me that they'd found the order and that it had shipped. A couple weeks later, I reached out again and they told me they had no record of my order. After another week, they said they found it and it had shipped... from CHINA! They gave me a tracking number, which showed that my order was in LA. That was somewhat reassuring because I live in Washington State. Well, it then went from LA to Nevada to Colorado to Pennsylvania to New York. WTF? According to the tracking number, it was finally delivered... to a home in New York! I have received no email responses or phone calls from this "company." I will certainly be filing a fraud alert with my credit card and the BBB.

HORRID, DONT BUY!

This company is fraudulent and scamming many! There shoes are awful and are not orthopedic! My shoes took months to get to my home, then when they arrived they were the wrong size, the soles weren't even in the shoes correctly and they are cheap plastic arriving in plastic bags! To top is off, Rosie and all the others are nothing but scammers and provided 0 customer service! What is even worse is they questioned me about the awful product they sent, sent me a horrid picture of jacked up feet and told me I needed to measure my own feet so they could verify they sent me the wrong size! They will not give you your money back, do returns and I wish there were 0 stars! I have never been this unhappy with a product, scammers!

SANDELS ARE TO SMALL AND THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO THERE WAREHOUSE. THEY SAID THEY MAY GIVE ME 30% OFF ON ANOTHER ORDER. I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER ORDER I ONLY WANT A REFUND AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND. ALL SANDELS ARE CHEAPLY MADE AND SHIPPED TO US FROM CHINA. THEY SHOULD BE FINED AND SHUT DOWN! AND IT TOOK 2 MONTHS TO GET THE HORRIBLE SANDLES.

Worst shoes ever!

These are the worst shoes! They are suppose to be orthopedic and they are so flat and flimsy. I have feet problems and cannot wear these. They arrived in bags, not even a box. Not at all what it was described as. This is garbage! DO NOT BUY from these people! GARBAGE!

I have read several reviews and they all had the same problem I had. Ordered on line, didn't get delivery for 5 weeks, they didn't send tracking info until well after 3 weeks which is when I found out they were coming from China. If I would have known that before I ordered, I wouldn't have ordered. When I finally got them they came in a black plastic bag that had a slit on the end. It was a wonder they didn't fall out of the bag. They address the sent it to was wrong(I did email them right away and tried to correct the address, but it never got corrected). Luckily the post office was able to get it to me.

I ordered two pair of shoes. On was way too tight and the other was way to loose. They ask me to send me pictures of the shoes I ordered and a picture of my bare feet with my foot on a yard stick. I did so. They sent me three emails asking me for the same information. I asked for a refund to the credit card I used to order the shoes.
After a couple of tries at that I tried calling them on the phone number that is on the website. I tired three times and the phone just rang off the hook. No voice mail to leave a message. I did write them and stated I thought most companies had voice mails for people to leave a message, I thought this was a very strange practice for a business to not have.

I did just call me bank and lodged a complaint and they said stop trying to communicating with them and they would take care of the rest.

This was very frustrating for me and I hope people will google Jane Closet and read the reviews before ordering from this company. I should have done this before I ordered from them, but now I have learned my lesson.

Buyer beware!

In the midst of our isolation order, I desperately needed shoes. I did an online search for some inexpensive shoes I could work in outdoors. Among products from well-known chains, an offer popped up from jane closet that was amazingly inexpensive -- for three pairs of really cute shoes for less than the cost of one at the other outlets. Of course, I took the fact that the legit chains were on the same search result to indicate that I would have no reason to question this company.

Long, long story short. I looked at prior reviews after I placed my order and began to be antsy about it. So I sent them an email asking that my order be cancelled. I received a reply saying that it could not be cancelled because the order had already been shipped. After a few days without having received a tracking number, I asked my credit card company to check into this. I also emailed jane closet demanding a tracking number or further action would be taken.

A few days later, I received a tracking number. It was one of those that the shipping company gets before they have actually placed the package with the shipper. I checked the "progress" for several days and saw that it had not actually been received by USPS. So I let jane closet know that I was on to their deceptive practice that was meant to stall any further action.

Well, something I did or said must have had some effect, because, after an email from jane closet telling me that they had been practicing safe packing/shipping methods for health reasons, my shoes were on their way. I did receive them -- after a month or so -- and they are very nice. But it was not worth the trouble. Jane closet is "an international company" -- I have learned not to purchase from those companies, because they are the ones that give you trouble. Good prices; bad, bad customer service!

Do your search of reviews before you place an order. That will save you lots of headaches, especially with regard to jane closet!

I ordered sneakers from this site on 07/22/20. Got confirmation & the money came out of my bank account almost immediately. I have emailed three times since putting in the order & I have been given the "website under reconstruction" excuse once. Unfortunately, I did not check the reviews or the BBB before I placed my order. Had I done that, I would not be in this situation. Given all the negative reviews placed by customers on delays, quality of products, lack of customer service, etc, when & if I finally receive the sneakers, they will be donated to Goodwill.

Do not order the "plus size" front cross bra. It has little to no lift. That would be okay for wearing around the house if they were comfortable. They are not. The straps dig into the shoulders like any other bra. Do not get this bras if you are over a size b cup or the age of 40. Does not work.

Don't give up on Jane Closet, their shoes are of great quality. Yep, your purchase will take weeks to arrive, but I love my shoes. They come from China, but I was given a confirmation email to follow. Your purchase has to go through customs and inspection. I live in New Orleans, La. Believe me I was afraid at first because I didn't get an confirmation email for a week, but the following week I received the confirmation email. I personally thought this would take awhile to get to me after I found out where the order was coming from and due to the coronavirus any order would take time to get to you. So, don't give up your purchase will get to you. I will be ordering again from Jane Closet now that I know the shipping process. Actually it was fun to watch the tracking and where it was. Thank you Jane Closet

This is a total scam! I ordered a pair of shoes that did't fit.
I have called and emailed several times for a return label. They also require that they receive a picture of the item with my request for a refund. I have not gotten a response. They dont even deserve 1 star

It took weeks to get my bras. I had asked for a refund before they even showed up but was denied. Well they showed up and they offer no support, the cheapest piece of material I have ever seen. Now I am requesting a refund and no answer. I email them 5 times a day. Do not buy anything from this company.

My mom purchased a pair of shoes from Jane Closet. They came over a month later. There is nothing orthopedic about these cheaply made, flat soled, no arch support shoes. They have been quick to reply to e-mails requesting refund, but, refuse to do anything about it except offer a refund IF she pays to ship them back to China. Don't get scammed! Buy from reputable companies.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes. If you buy 2 pair you get 40% of. Well that didn't happen. I ordered my shoes July 21,2020. I have at least 4 emails with concerns, percentage off, where's my order and you took the money as soon as you received. Unbelievable, this was a gift for an elderly woman who needed orthopedic shoes desperately. I'm so upset that this has happened. The problem with places like this makes me want to just stick with Macy's, Amazon.

I ordered three pairs of sandals from Jane Closet June 24th and It took almost a month to receive them. I never received any information that would enable me to track my order. I did receive them and I do love the sandals but Jane Closet needs to be more on top of timely shipping and tracking. It is not a scam but it does take awhile to receive. Sandra M.

This is a scam outfit. If you see something you really like, order it from some other place. Sizes are bogus,
The descriptions are bogus and it is a Wonderful way to lose your money! I ordered bras from them and the description said "true to size". When I Did Finally receive them, I couldn't even get them around me. Way way too small. I also ordered shoes stating how they helped posture and all the wonderful things these particular shoes did and they are horrible and kill my feet. Not correct size once again.
