Horrible Tracking

I placed an order over 5 weeks ago and am still awaiting my merchandise. Tracking shows it was picked up in Hawthorne, CA and has sat there for weeks. I sent 2 emails inquiring about this, but was told to contact postal services because they don't have any information about it. I was essentially told they have no idea when I will receive my order, but they assured me it was shipped. Hopefully I will get it one day... I would rather pay more for shipping and get my order in a reasonable amount of time.

Was so anxious to get my shoes, but when they arrived, they were too wide. I read the return policy and followed the step to contact. They contacted me back telling me to take a pic of the product and shipping envelop. Did. Then, I had to draw around my foot, put a ruler beside it with my foot and the shoe and take a pic. Did. Then,
They tell me to give them to a friend or donate them. After 4 or 5 emails, they gave me an address in Vietnam to return my $29.99 shoes and pay the $19.99 shipping. What a scam.

I ordered on 7/18/20. I received a confirmation with an order#. 4 days later I received an email from them stating that my order was being shipped. It is now 8/21/20 and I still have not received it. I tried calling several times and no one answers, instead I get a text message stating that their call center is under reconstruction. That is so strange. I had to report to the FTC.

Finally received bras
Terrible crumpled pad in bras
Terrible fit
Took photos etc Emails
Phone # not working due to staff working from home because of corona virus
Never heard back for return
I sent package back to address on package
Cost me almost $9.00
I am very disappointed
I cannot afford this
I want my money back plus shipping
I will pursue this to the full extent

Most of the 1 star comment for this company is correct. Anything with 3 or 4 star is fake. Made a purchase based on product make in USA. But I think this is all fake. Sandal is horrible. Cheap quality. It took 6 weeks to get the product, when it arrived all excitement was over. It is an horrible product. Cheap. Cheap. No quality at all. Also hard to get refund. If you but it good luck. This company should be closed.

Big Mistake

I really wish I had seen this site before ordering. It's been 3 weeks and I never received a confirmation of my order even though my bank account was instantly charged. No one answers their phones and without a confirmation number they won't respond to emails. It's a complete scam

Don't get caught up with this place. NO customer service, not just worst.
Failed to accept a return or to credit purchase... says they only take returns if it was THEIR fault.

I ordered a pair of shoes. They were very large in size for a 10. They felt like size 12. I contacted customer service to get return instructions. I was told that since I ordered size 10 it was my fault. No returns. Never will order from this company again

Very Disappointed

I made the mistake of ordering not one but two pairs of "orthopedic tennis shoes." I thought they would have good arch support since they were described as "orthopedic." But the arch support was very poor. When I tried to return them I was told that the company would not take them back, that they only took items back if the items were defective or if the wrong item was sent. So I am stuck with this pair of shoes that I can't wear. I will donate them. Janecloset. Com offered me 30 percent off on my next purchase, but I will never ever buy from them again.

Terrible product

I ordered shoes. Suppose to be ortho slip on shoes in size 9. Shoes were to small, terrible workmanship on the inside of both heels resulting in almost a pleating of material. Customer service took forever to respond, wanted pictures and then told me they were the correct size but no mention of the workmanship. Pretty much it was sorry but we are keeping your money but we can offer you 30% off your next purchase... not in this lifetime.

I ordered 2 pr of sandals from Jane Closet who advertised them to be leather uppers and orthopedic shoes. When they came, they were in separate clear bags inside 1 shipping bag. They were not leather and the insole was so thin they would not be for orthopedic feet. So I sent them bak by UPS who tried to deliver them 3 times to their address & there was noone there. I was ripped off because I never got my money back. Be prepared for that if you order anything from them. They do not even deserve 1 star, but you couldn't rate it any lower.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Jane's Closet end of June 2020. My shoes according to a tracking # I finally got from them August 10th 2020. It has been in Hawthorne Ca since July 10th 2020. I live in WASHINGTON State. Still haven't received them. Customer service is unwilling or unable to even send me a replacement. STAY AWAY

Scammers

Ordered a pair of shoes, the ones you see online look suede, the ones I received are nothing but cheap plastic. I immediately checked out there return/refund policy and did exactly as it said. I emailed with pictures and requested a refund. They send me a link to their refund policy. Not sure why, I felt I already did what they say to do in order to get an ok to receive a refund. Now they ignore my emails because they never were going to refund me. This business is a scam. They need to be shut down and I honestly believe any good reviews are fake.

These shoes are a piece of crap. Short for their size, too wide, crushed from shipping in a bag without a box. They are called orthopedic but there is no support. They are poorly made and look cheap. I never write reviews but this company is a joke! Wish I had checked the reviews. I will just throw them away. Company won't take them back.

Been waiting about. Eight weeks for my order and no package yet. Tried calling, no answer, tried email, no replies ever. They say they respond back within 24 hrs. Have tried for weeks to contact them, no responds. The tracking number is fake. Says my package was in California, Indiana, and Tennessee at the same time. Then weeks later was in South Carolina then week later in Memphis Tennessee,
It is in China I'm sure. They want you to think they are an American company, but they aren't, they have an address in California but they are a China company. If you think you want to order from janes closet please read the reviews first, and you will change your mind. They are a rip off. China made crap. Dishonest people, never do what they say. It's been near. Two months, tried many times to contact with no results. All they want from you is your money. Will never do business with janes closet ever again. They don't even deserve a zero. I would rate them a minus 100. Very very very disappointed. Never seen a worst company

I started placing an order for three pairs. Concern #1 where do I access my discount. OK it's free shipping. I'll let the discount go. Concern #2 at checkout "where is the PayPal option?" Then I decide to check janecloset.com online. THANK ALL OF YOU who took the time to alert other unsuspecting customers. The one or two who received the items and had no problems, if that is true, you may not want to try your luck with this site ever again.

First, you buy items and you get no proof of a receipt, the order number is useless unless you download an app that no one else uses so you have no idea how long it will take to get your purchase. Mine took 6 weeks! And your contact with them is an email address that takes several days to be responded to. Once you get your order and you realize that (1) an item is missing and (2) the quality of what you received is not as expected. There's no order form included, no way of knowing their return policy. The obscure email address no longer responds to your emails. Stay away from this company - just not worth the hassle.
