I ordered bra's, and they are a knock off brand and fit. I was ignored by them until it was too expensive to shop back. The items come from across the globe, and aren't good quality.
File complaints with BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. Expose on social media. Often.
Oh and I was offered 30% off my next order of garbage.
You're better off burning your money. Shoes are the wrong size. No response for returns. Scam scam scam. Ditto to all below! Buyer beware!
After waiting nearly a month for my shipment, I was not happy with the quality of the shoes. They were, at best, Walmart quality. I have emailed 3 times for a return authorization and still have not heard back from them. They have a limited return policy window of time and it is almost running out!
Very long wait to be shipped from China, and the shoes are 2 different sizes. I will be returning them, and expect to have just as much difficulty as getting them!
I received a bill from credit company and after contacting janecloset l was told it was not her bill. So l stopped payment.

I was looking for orthotic shoes and this company showed up with reasonable prices. It showed to be in the US, I've already had issues with companies in China. I haven't received my order, haven't received a response to my email, they don't answer their phone lines, I got a text from their number saying how they are working from home due to Covid and to submit my order number name and phone number and they would call me back. Still haven't heard anything. My shipment has shown to be in the same place in California for over two weeks with the comments waiting arrival. I wish I would have read the reviews first. My doctor recommended another company, but this one showed up and was cheaper... never again... I'm going to be out the extra money anyway
The bra took four weeks to get here and when it arrived the pads were unsecured and moved around on their own (very disconcerting). I emailed for instructions on how to get a refund and was not answered; emailed a month later and got a reply to take a picture of the product w/ a tape measure to ensure it was the right size I ordered (which wasn't the problem). I did so and the reply was that as it was the correct size, I could get a refund but only by paying shipping, which to Thailand is more expensive than the original product. DON'T BUY THIS!
Terrible construction, plastic and rubber, no support, nothing orthopedic or premium about these shoes. Sloppy fit. Contact your cc company or bank for your money back. Jane closet will not refund you! Also contact the better business bureau!
Total ripp off! Let me first say that I check sites before ordering so that I am not ordering items from China and the address listed is an LA address, which is just a front for their admin person in the US. I ordered 2 pairs of the AZZY shoes. A month later, I received 2 different sizes, neither of which were my size. They claimed on website that these were orthopedic shoes and they had no support or special insole. When I contacted for return they required me to take a photo of my foot next to the shoe and tape measure. When they finally got back to me they said, they would only return if they sent the wrong size and claimed only 1 was not correct and I could ship them back to: 84/41 Thai Ha Street, Group 7B Trung Liet, Quan Dong Da, Hanoi - Zipcode: *******. They wrote: "However, the charge would be high due to geographical distance, so the returning option is not our first recommendation. Then one solution is that I will try to convince our billing department to offer a 30% refund on the value of the pair in size 38 right back to your account, to help make up for not being able to fulfill your return request. You can keep the product and don't need to send it back to us. I trust that this deal is way much better than losing extremely high return shipping fees, isn't it?"
WHAT A SCAM.
I order a pair of sandals that looked amazing on the site. The are awful, nothing like the picture. No arch support, plastic, very cheap.
The site advertise that you can return this, but NO. The product comes from China in a very cheap package so the product comes already ruined.
Took 1 month to get the shoes. They answered my e-mail to them when I asked where my shoes where. When I finally got them they were too tight in the toes and were generally uncomfortable. No statement enclosed with shoes. I have e-mailed 4 times with request to send return instructions with no replies. I think they are crooks.
If you do not get a statement in a package, you might as well know you have been scamed.
I ordered a item on 7-18-20, to this day 8-25-20, no item received or refund. Still after a dozen or more emails to Jane's Closet, no item or refund. As of 8-24-20, they are now telling me it was lost in transit? Estimated arrival is now possibly 10-20-20? This company is a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! They have lied to me continuously, they took my money and the rest is LIES!@!
I ordered a pair of sneakers and two bra's in June 16,2020 and I ever got them it is now August 25,2020. They will not response to my emails about my merchandise I ordered and paid for? I think these people are a fraud.
DO NOT BUY from this company. It took 2 months for one bra to arrive and it did not fit as advertised. OK so I made a mistake. Cups were very small for a XXL size bra. No way was it adequate for a D or E cup size breast. Unable to return. They will not refund even after many, many e-mails and responses. Web site states, "Buying online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there are ZERO risks in buying something and trying it out." Don't believe this. The risk is if you do not like the product--tough luck--no refund.
I ordered shoes 6 weeks ago and they took so long to ship, we'd moved in the interim. The shoes should have been forwarded to my new address. Message from USPS said they disposed of them rather than forward them at the sender's request. I have no shoes. Can't leave a message, they aren't answering the phone. Left 2 email messages, no response. No refund, no shoes, no contact back. Very dissatisfied!
Besides shipping taking almost 3 months. Customer service is terrible. Tried to cancel the order because it took so long to get. They said I couldn't cancel. It took about 2 months to even get an email reply. So then I wanted to return for a refund. I emailed again. The responses seemed quicker until... they totally started to ignore me. I followed all instructions for starting a return. Then complete silence from them. The product is cheap and smelled of chemicals. I wasted 75.00. Might as well flushed it down the toilet. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Terrible products. I totally regret this purchase. Needless to say I never got to return the products and no refund. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish i could leave no stars or at least thumbs down this rating. 5 thumbs down for sure. So much for 100% money back... lies!
I ordered shoes a month ago. They took my money- but to this day I have no product. Email after email and no response. Called the "customer service" number and got a text that the number was down for repair... emailed administration-no response. Next stop is to call the BBB- I want my money back! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE TERRIBLE. I guess I just gave away $60. $60 I will get back come help or high water!
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my wife... BIG mistake doing so BEFORE checking reviews. Received order conformation email then shipping conformation email. Each time I check the shipping it says, waiting to be picked up by carrier... thats over 2 weeks now... I called my charge card company which was already charged for the merchandise and for my protection requested a new card number and canceling the one I ordered with... UPDATE on this order... after exactly one month from the order date, surprisingly, the shoes arrived. Shipped only in a plastic bag. Their ad says `orthopedic` shoes... Well if you wear them youll need an orthopedic!. They extremely poorly made.my wife tried them on, walked in them and immediately said how uncomfortable they were. I wasted $56 but it was my fault for not checking reviews `FIRST`... also they show Pay Pal in their ad but at checkout its nowhere to be found...
I've really tried to be understanding as I haven't received order yet its August 20 cost 285. Dollars
Shoes are dreadful, business is a scam not worth trouble to jump thru their hoops to return. Don't waste your time or money and do your research before ordering. I will be more diligent to not order goods that come from China in the future.
Answer: Their items look great online but they must come from another country for it to take over a month to receive yet their shipping company is in California. They are like an export and import company. It's less of a headache if you don't purchase from them!
Answer: This is a scam company. Because you do not get product after 6 weeks and product is horribly cheap. I will not even pay $5 for this shoes and they are selling for $50
