The American company JANE'S CLOSET should SUE this leech of a site! I placed an order over a month ago and still nothing! No where on their site do they indicate that the site is from China! Gherefore,, I believed I was placing an order from Jane's Closet. Much to my dismay! Their tracking number system is a farce. I WILLNEVER ORDER from this site EVER again!
I accidentally ordered the wrong shoe. I was told that I'd have to pay the return shipment to Vietnam. This does not compute since I paid $2.99 for shipping to me. No one offered me any kind of solution other than shipping back to Vietnam. Now I'm stuck with $30 shoes that I don't want. DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES FROM THIS COMPANY; IF YOU NEED TO RETURN, KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU'LL HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPMENT BACK TO VIETNAM!
... but I LOVE the shoes I purchased. Yes, they came in a bag, yes they take FOREVER to ship to you, but they are comfy as hell and look just like they did online- I think they were worth it.
So I finally got my shoes. Won't be keeping either pair. The blue Maryjane sandals are a disaster. The lining sticks out at the toe and looks terrible. The strap is not long enough to cover the velcro strip. And they are not comfortable. The green ones are cute, but are too small (my fault). I wear an 8.5 but ordered down to an 8 instead of a 9. Too much trouble to return them to China. I'll be donating them to Goodwill.:-( Do not recommend Jane's Closet. Buyer BEWARE.
I ordered from this company and emailed them multiple times about the status if my order - they never responded. Myorder arrived and was too small - now I cannot get them to initiate an exchange. Total rip off! Don't throw your money away.
I purchased two pairs of shoes. They do not fit and I wish to return them. I have sent two emails to the address they list for returns and have heard nothing. Their return policy says 10 days and I know they are going to wait until the time limit has expired. No phone number and no other contact information. This company seems to be a scam. There is no receipt for a photo for proof of purchase, so I can only send a photo of the label on the package they came in and it doesn't even say Janecloset.
I ordered sandals and waited about 8 weeks for them to arrive. When they did arrive, I discovered they were a really cheap and flimsy copy of the sandals pictured on their website. The sandals in the picture look well made with nice top stitching. My sandals are flimsy and the "top stitching" is printed on the flimsy material used to make a poor copy of a decent looking sandal.

I just received them after 4 week, no forward address and the sneaker too small-so what do i do now, i will call them tomorrow and see what they going to say.- i really like the sneaker but they too small.
Unfortunately I did not read reviews before ordering. I usually always do. The one time I don't I get completely taken. They are pure junk. On the inside that is a piece from the sewing that rubs the little toe. I ordered a 9 and they are not even a size 8. Have emailed them to return (plus i have another order coming) asking them to recall the order and they have ignored me completely. I am going to contact my credit card company to see if I have recourse from them. This is the biggest scam that I have ever seen! I'm more mad at myself than I am at them. I should have read the reviews!
Make sure you read the return policy in full. It starts out well, stating their commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. Way down at the bottom, there is a list of conditions for which a refund may be considered. Note the absence of return because shoes don't fit, or they are uncomfortable, or you simply don't like them. They will refund for defective product, or will exchange for size, not sure if you can exchange for a different style. So if you order from this site, be prepared to be stuck if product doesn't fit. How can a business sell "orthopedic" shoes, with a size chart do you can convert European sizing to USA size, and expect shoes will fit everyone? There is no way their policy will help them reach their stated customer satisfaction goal. This unsatisfied customer is donating shoes bought to a local shelter.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one for my elderly mom, one for me 8/15/20. Got email 8/18/20 saying order on way. When I checked it, it said usps awaiting item. Kept waiting, checking, said same thing. 8/27/20 emailed, no response, Emailed again, no response. Emailed 3rd time saying I would file Complaint with BBB&Attorney General. No response, but items sent. Made from a cheap plastic like the old linoleum rugs. Is It worth returning? Or lesson learned, and file complaint.
The Business Return Policy For this Company is Outrageous!
Before you think about ordering any Product read their ridiculous reasons for returning an item! They are not worth the time and trouble! Product was cheaply made, I ordered 2 Pair of: What was advertised as Orthopedic shoes! Couldn't be further from the truth, the fit was not right, I would have to use an insert for arch support! They may look good in ad but, that is all. They will not issue a refund although it does have on their site a refund policy saying a safe full refund if using well known Credit Cards?
Feel free to answer if you know how to get the refund!

Bought a pair of sandals, because of bunions, horrible cheap vinyl sandals. Tried wearing them at home, too hot on feet, that why I know made of vinyl or plastic. Not worth 30.00. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee, forget it they never answer you. I emailed them 4 times, up to now no answer. Money down the drain. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Wished I had READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. SCAMMERS!
Even though I should had read the reviews, sometimes you can't go by that but after seeing all the one ratings I know I would not had bought them. I bought two pairs and they came in a bag. I ordered in July they arrived September 1st. Poorly made. Very cheap material. Doesn't look nothing like it did online. They look cheap. Feel cheap. I can't believe I bought these things. I said 7 1/2, but feet fit to the end. After reading the problems some had with returning I guess I am out $58. Horrible and the even feel cheap. Do not buy.
Ordered sandals on 7/24/2020, which they charged my card the same day, that were supposed to be here in 7-14 days. No show and no response to my email follow up. Received them yesterday, now that summer is basically over. And they are not even close to what the picture was on line. Unfortunately, their return policy is not what they say, read the fine print...
Ordered a pair of "orthotic " sandals. They are very cheap, wide, floppy sandals with zero arch or other support - not to mention that they are in no way orthotics. They are huge, wide, in no way proper sizing. I wasted too much time in trying to return but they refuse in spite of the web site leading one to believe that they accept returns. I would have put my review as zero stars but that isn't possible in this format.
I am a medical professional, I don't want anyone thinking that they are sellling "orthotic " wear.
Plus they are clearly a scam.
I will be reporting them to the proper agency.
Here is Jane Closet's online advertisement for returns! Nothing is further from the truth in respect to my experience. Absolutely nothing was done about the worthless shoes I purchased. They were supposedly orthopedic shoes, but they were too big and wide and extremely flimsy. They would not refund my money but offered a 30% discount on my next order.
I wouldn't use a 100% discount! Worthless company.

I ordered two bras back on July 30th they took the money out of my account the same day for $54.82. To this date September 1st I have not received any information or my bras and cannot seem to reach anybody they do not answer emails or the phone what a scam this company is is it even a company?
Answer: Their items look great online but they must come from another country for it to take over a month to receive yet their shipping company is in California. They are like an export and import company. It's less of a headache if you don't purchase from them!
Answer: This is a scam company. Because you do not get product after 6 weeks and product is horribly cheap. I will not even pay $5 for this shoes and they are selling for $50
