It took six weeks for my order to arrive and it was very poor quality. I returned it immediately and I have not heard from anyone at all. The merchandise was horrible! I was going to give them a chance to make things right but I haven't heard from them. Terrible quality of merchandise and awful customer service!

Sadly, did not read reviews before purchasing. Ordered two pairs of "orthopaedic" shoes, advertised as good arch support, etc. Arrived about 5 weeks after ordering, no receipts, no return info, were cheap with no arch support, no padded insoles, were too narrow. After several emails, they finally got back, said take pictures and they would send me another size. When I said I did not want another size and just wanted a refund, they said the best they could do is give me a 20%discount for my NEXT order. Also, their web site says"ZERO risk in buying something and trying it out"

So gosh, I never write reviews because I honestly don't have the time or effort to do it. And also because I work in customer service so I know how it feels to be on the other side. However with that being said, the shoes I bought from this scam company were absolutely terrible! I bought them thinking they would have memory foam and help me with the pain on my feet. Nope. But see that's not the problem the problem is the return process. I did exactly what they asked and they legit got back to me weeks later. And said I couldn't return them because the time period had passed and I replied by saying well of course it passed you guys took forever to reply to my return email. Honestly this makes me mad because 1) they don't know if people have the money to just throw away $30 and 2) don't lie to people saying you will refund the money if you aren't going to. At least be upfront and say buy at your own risk. So please if you took the time to read this: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMED COMPANY! They won't help you, they won't reply, nothing! And it's sad that they are doing this in a time of uncertainty. Js.

Fell in love with shoes listed as orthopedic walking shoes. Ordered 2 pairs both size 11 which should be plenty large for me. Tried them on and my toes are totally crammed in the toe bed - unwearable. Orthopedic NOT - They are flimsy and no arch support. I received a response to several email requests for a return; 3 weeks later they tell me to send a picture of an outline of one foot (barefoot) with a measuring tape clearly showing the length. They want the shoe i ordered next to it and then my other foot on the paper next to the outline. This is to prove they sent you the right size. Their sizes are crap. They sent me a shoe marked '43' which translates to a 12 in the US which i would be swimming in in barefeet. I ordered an 11 and my bare foot on paper measures 10. It should have been plenty big yet... stay away!

Products don't arrive. I got charged for shoes that never arrived.

Please call the California Attorney General's Office and the Federal Trade Commission to report their unscrupulous business practices.

Horrible sandals! Cheaply made. Feels like disposable sandals. The customer service is horrible. And they blame the system or "COVID" they took over 2 months to ship them. But took the money the next day the order was placed. Once i finally received this garbage "in a freaking bag!" Not even a box. I saw that it was all trash. The stitching is off the fake leather is not placed right. And their site states genuine leather. ITS NOT! DO NOT BUY! They will not return your money. They are thieves. If I could give them NO stars I would. They don't even want to refund the money either for this garbage. They are horrible. And bad customer service and experience. Save the head ache with these thieves! All 4 pairs trash!
