Jane Closet is quick to accept your order. They charge it in its entirety within 24 hours to your Credit Card. If you are lucky, you get part of your order, although a wrong size, in a month. The rest of it never comes. E. mail messages are either not answered or they toy with you to avoid accepting (much less reimburse) the return of merchandise. STAY AWAY and check the BBB site.

This site should be rated a 0 star. I purchased a pair of shoes from Jane Closet. They arrived with uneven stitching on the toe and heel. I wrote to them asking for a refund and return address. I was told (after another request and a week of waiting) that they do not refund shipping costs, but would refund cost of the shoes once they were received. The problem is that they needed to be returned to Vietnam and the cost was $25.00. I was not going to wear the shoes, so I decided to return them and at least only lose 1/2 my money. I sent them off, and then received a request from someone in Vietnam for the phone number of the business because the address was a large building with many businesses. Another couple of emails to Jane Closet asking for a phone number has elicited no response. So, at present I am sending emails to Vietnam and to Jane Closet trying to get help and am now out another $25.00. I doubt I'll ever see any of my money returned, and I am furious. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM.

Stay away

I spent 50.95 dollars on one pair of sneakers and one pair of sandals. They sent me the wrong size, they did not want to pay to send them back, so I paid for them to send back. It has been months now I ordered them li n june 29,2020. They sent me an email saying they can not send me the right size. They stole my money. I will never order from them again. They should be ashamed of themselves. No! I do not recommended janes closet to anyone.

I placed an order for some reasonably priced comfortable sneakers from this company. The shoes finally arrived about 6 weeks after placing the order and appeared like the picture, but were two sizes too large. I ordered a ten and received a size 43 which is something like a 12. They literally fell off of my feet. I contacted them immediately and following their return instructions took and sent photos. I then waited before receiving a response. The correspondence was polite but took place over a two month period and resulted in an apology with no resolution other than to offer me a discount on another purchase of the correct size. Their explanation was that their offices are in Hanoi and the postage would be too much to warrant the return. Although not surprised based on the time frame for delivery, the actual merchandise, and explanation, I was misled by their website which states that their based in California and had a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I write this only to warn others before purchasing from this disreputable company.

I ordered shoes which took literally forever. They must have been made upon my purchase and then shipped the slowest way from China to Florida. When I received the shoes, supposedly they were "orthopedic" shoes, I received a low quality (super cheap and nothing about orthopedic) non fitting shoe. I tried to return the shoes and I am getting NOWHERE. Their response is terrible and they make it impossible to return items. Awful experience.
Save your money and go somewhere where you can try shoes, or use Amazon where you can return items easily.

I have sent numerous emails to try to get a refund, with no response. This company is a scam & my research has located an address that is a home in California. My credit card company is investigating for fraud & the BBB can get no response, so it further reinforces that this company is a scam.

Garbage Company with garbage products

This company is a scam... it took over 6 weeks to finally get garbage shoes that I ordered. On repeated emails for them to refund my money before I received my items, I received no response. When my shoes finally arrived, they looked & fit like two right footed shoes. They are anything BUT orthopedic shoes & an address I located indicates this business is run out of a house in Fullerton, CA... probably some zit faced punk living in his mom's basement. Too bad negative stars aren't allowed... I'd give 5 negative stars

Shoes were ordered in Size 8; shoes I received were tagged "41" which translates to Size 10! I want to return them, but no packing info was included with the shipment. Along with Chinese characters, the return address is Vernon, CA. I either want my money refunded or Size 8 shoes sent to me. Also, I ordered the shoes from Jane Closet, but my VISA charge is to Boostflow Boostflow.Com CA. I phoned that company at *******257--left voice mail.

These people sent my package to an address that did not exist. The package was sent back to them. They said they would resend the package but never did. Now they are saying they will not refund my money. I'm going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office.

Scam operation

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Jane's Closet. The products I received were not what the catalog advertised but obvious knockoffs. Very poor quality and ugly. They were also supposed to be orthopedic but are definitely not. I have followed instructions for getting a refund to *******@janescloset as well as their phone/text number multiple times (over 100) and got no response. Do not buy anything from this company. It comes from China and I have had terrible problems buying things from companies that ship from China. I will no longer buy anything from Chinese company websites. I enclose pictures of what I ordered and what I received.

Blues over shoes

I ordered these shoes from Jane's Closet advertised on Facebook. They are poorly made, nothing orthopedic about arch, and the shoes fit differently on each foot. One shoe feels smaller than the other. I've contacted them with pictures and measurements of shoes and my feet. They refuse to allow a return unless I pay for their return. No guarantees on getting refund. Poorly made product and unacceptable customer service

The shoes took over 2 months to get to me. Then they didn't fit, they have scuff marks that look like someone else returned them. When I tried to return them they told me I couldn't because they were not damaged. I looked at the return policy before I purchased and no where did it say that there were conditions on returning the shoes. Now all of a sudden it shows Conditions for Returns: Their size chart is so inaccurate it's a joke. Quality of shoes are extremely bad, not worth more than $2. Shoes look like something from a garbage bin. They ship from China which I found out afterwards and no where on there website does it state that this is a Chinese company. "Buyer beware"

I purchased "orthopedic" shoes from Jane Closet using the sizing chart on their web site. First, the shoes have no arch support and are not orthopedic. Second, they were huge on me. I contacted them to request a return authorization and refund; the request had to include a picture of the shoes. After 7-10 days they responded that I needed to provide a picture of my foot with a tape measure to prove that I had ordered the right size. I did that and waited another 7-10 days before they said that I had to return the shoes to Hanoi(!) and pay for the postage, even though the company is based in Fullerton, CA. They suggested that since that would be too expensive, they would give me a 30% discount on my next order - as if I would ever order from them again.

Long wait not worth it! Shoes are worth $3 at the most - especially since they were targeting people that needed orthopedic support. They are sorta-kinda cute, but not what I was looking for. Needed SUPPORT for my aching FEET - these aren't the ones! Will be looking to return and refund immediately. Plus it took almost 2 months to arrive -?!?

Huge rip off

Wish i could give less than a star. I ordered a pair of "genuine" leather booties and when they arrived they didn't look like the picture. They are cheaply made and feel like plastic. I contacted the company to return them because you "have to have consent" and they told me no. Wtf... i am stuck with these ugly things i will never wear and stuck paying for crap.

Worse than bad!

What a scam. Product is poor quality & no way to return them. Size 8.5 doesn't even fit my daughter who wears a size 7. They claim to be orthopedic and have no arch support or even a comfortable insole.

I ordered two items that were below par at best. Requested a return label so I can get a credit and they sent me an email saying they don't do that. That is expensive to return things so they gave me a 30% discount on my next order. I don't think that's fair all the other companies give you an easy return label that no expense to the consumer. I would not suggest using this company whatsoever for any item.

This company's website claims their shoes are orthopedic. TOTAL LIE. JC website claims to make returns easy. TOTAL LIE... they make you return to Vietnam. No Vietnam returns info on website. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE. A BUSINESS THAT WILL TAKE AMERICAN DOLLARS, CHEAT, ADVERTISE DECEPTIVELY, STICK IT TO THE CUSTOMER.

Well, they received my order for 2 pairs of shoe and they have TAKEN our money on September 15th an 16th. We have not heard from them or received our shoes ( it's impossible to contact them). STAY AWAY FROM THEM
