Applied for ETA and was charged for an application that is now pending for 2 weeks and advised that the government channels of Australia was experiencing high traffic and continue to be advised that the government was taking some time. Do not recommend using this website or service and advise that applicants go through the official government website.
They have my credit card, and they keep applying charges i had ti cancel my credit card while im traveling
It's a SCAM
Absolutely terrible experience! I do not recommend applying for any visa with them. They promised me the processing time would be 6 business days so I planned and booked my trip accordingly. I ended up waiting 14 BUSINESS DAYS to get the visa! And I had to lose money canceling my flights. That's not even the worst part, the worst part is that they entered the visa information wrong and I received a different visa type altogether!
It was a horrible experience and an absolute waste of time and money. You are better off applying for a visa yourself.
I hired IVISA to get me into the Philippines for two months. First, after I purchased their services all their links did not work so I contacted them through email. They asked a few questions then sent me a positive email saying I am all set. Sent me a document saying I am associated with the Red Cross. Basically, the documents looked fake. As I changed plans in Korea the airport agent looked at the documents provided by IVISA and made a strange face. She said never saw this paper work before and barely let me pass. Next, at the Philippines customs they would not let me in because they did not recognize the fake documents. Finally, I went to the Philippines Bureau of Immigration within one hour for my VISA extension. Super easy. I emailed IVISA several times. They act like everything is fine refunded me $35 US. They only conclusion I make is they are trying to steal your information. Do not be scared to fill out your own documents and trust your gut. If something feels off it usually is!
P. a They will claim I needed to go to the Philippines Red Cross website and fill out additional paperwork which makes zero sense since they never told me anything like that before my trip and I am not associated with the Red Cross. All this for a simple visa extension.
This review is about my experience dealing with one of iVisa staff as a Youtuber and content creator. I was approached to work with them as their ambassador. They didn't even give me a product testing experience, so I said I need to test their service before I decide to represent them or not.
Then he said I need to write an article to talk about my experience using iVisa. I agreed and paid for my visas first. Then I spent 30 minutes writing 250 words article. Later after I paid for 2 visas of $330 (to try out my experience using iVisa). I asked for reimbursement.
Then he started changing all the words he said:
1) He's not upfront and hided all the information: After I sent to him my article, he said I need to write 1500 words instead of 250 words! Seriously? That's longer than my college essay! I'm a Youtuber, not an academic researcher!
2) Then he even said I have to travel with another person to get the visa reimbursement. I can't get paid if I travel alone. This was NEVER mentioned before. Traveling alone or traveling with other people doesn't change how I write the articles!
3) He doesn't honor his words: he said he allows me to get the visas and i just needed to let him know which visas. And I did send out emails to tell him which 2 visas. But then after I paid, he said we can "negotiate" it now. Apparently he didn't want to pay for it!
If he told me at the first place that 1500 words are required BEFORE I applied for visas, I would not have used this service to apply for visas.
I can afford my own visas with a government website directly.
I don't need to spend 3 hours and hours writing 1500 words and fighting with his "new" requirements all the time.
I was concerned that I had waited too long to submit for a passport renewal. I used iVisa so that I could get instant online feedback about whether I was filling everything in properly. I was able to use a selfie as a passport photo. Money saved right there. The online part was quick and easy. They then sent me hard copies, check, etc. of what I needed to sign and submit to the passport office. Got my passport back way faster than I expected (about 6 weeks? I've heard of people waiting months and months because of Covid shortages). I could have done all of this without iVisa but but the fee that I paid was worth the peace of mind.
They're a scam. I paid them to print and send a passport photo and after they took my money, they e-mailed me to say they wouldn't unless I used more of their services. When I told them to cancel the transaction because they didn't do what they said they would, they refused to refund my full payment.
They said my parcel had shipped and would arrive 3-5 days time. So after 10 days waiting, I asked for the tracking #. When I entered this on USPS.com, it showed that a label was created AND THAT WAS IT! NO MOVEMENT... NOT SHIPPED! They had stupid excuses... it never arrived. *I have proof of purchase on my Amex account but they never sent an email confirmation showing the purchase! That tells a lot...
Paid extra for their so called 15 day e-visa rush service. Stressed all the way to the day of my flight as I did not received my visa on time. Changed my flight for the following week and still no visa. They have no sense of urgency with something that is so time sensitive. All they would reply via email is "waiting on government approval" because they even refuse to talk on the phone. I reached out to that issuing government myself and was told visa application was denied and needed resubmission because of no travel medical insurance for covid even thought I provided this to iVIsa.com. Even with this evidence iVisa continued to reply they are waiting on government response and refuse to do nothing else. Extremely frustrating. Needless to day my entire vacation was ruined and wasn't able to travel loosing thousands in the process.
I applied about 1 month before I was travelling. IVisa requested 1st a different photo, then my whole itinerary for the trip with addresses and reservation confirmation numbers. Since i was traveling on a tour, I didn't have a lot of this, but spent a lot of time obtaining the information. Once submitted, I the iVisa website messages said that the government was holding it up. I finally went to the country's web site and tried to apply myself, but since iVisa had submitted something, I couldn't apply. Also the country DID NOT request all the information iVisa requested. After repeated requests, I finally got the application # from iVisa, checked the country's website, and found out that they had returned the application to iVisa, who had not responded. I made the necessary corrections, but this was 1 day before leaving, so I did not have an accepted Visa application when I arrived in the country. I spent an additional hour at the airport trying to straighten this all out. This experience caused me considerable stress and took up a lot of my time. I would not recommend working with iVisa.
Do not waste your money, they are scammers. They say you are getting a visa but they give you the form you will have to fill out anyway when you arrive at the country. It is intended to mislead you.
Waste of money - charged to tell me what I need for a visa and gave me a form - all of which is freely available online. They do not do the visa for the fee.
Answer: IVisa is 10000000% legit. I used their services for Egypt visa and they delivered even before the actual shipping time.
