After applying online for an Australian visa with some worries about the short notice, I received an email an hour later stating that my documents were not acceptable. I sent it again and within a couple of hours my visa was granted. I had an excellent experience with the service and recommend it highly, 10/10.

IVisa took 46 days to apparently 'review' my application for a simple Canadian Visitor Visa. Since initial my application, they have been repeatedly asking for information which I had already provided. No proper reply to email sent except for their generic emails. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. I had to cancel my visit to Canada because of the lack of due care with which my application has been handled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IVISA AT ALL...COMPLETE SCAM.

The official Governent website should be the only one issuing visas, not these

The WORST.

I don't even know where to begin, as I just had to cancel my dream trip to India.
I had to reschedule my flight twice already waiting on their "Super Rush" service that guarantees 36 hours, but you know what you get at the 36th hour? An email that says, "Oh, sorry for the delay; it's taking longer than we thought." Then what do you get at the 56th hour? An email that says, "for no apparent reason, your visa is rejected. Sorry." Oh, let me mention what you get when you text them and email them as you wait on the edge of your seat because your flight is leaving in like 40 hours, 30 hours, 20 hours... and 8,6, and 4 hours...? Every single attempt to get in touch with them - first of all, their online agent WILL take their time, trust me. I fell asleep while waiting for their response. And the responses you get? Canned responses. I had to email them, "please do not send me another canned response. Just tell me what's happening."

Please. Do. Not. Use. This.

Different governments have a MUCH safer and faster service than these questionable brokers (I don't even know they are located). Quite frankly, you are giving them A LOT of confidential information. Just don't. Their website only features some 5-star reviews (I have no clue where they come from), and that's how I got scammed.

So, there it goes. You're welcome.

Shocking service. Totally incompetent. Bombarded with emails requesting irrelevant / previously provided information and still unable to even complete the application form correctly. Very straightforward visa for one week holiday required but trip has now had to be cancelled. Too many things gone wrong to mention but whole process has been very stressful and expensive. Do yourself a favour and do it yourself.

IVisa is a total scam

I tried to use them to travel to Australia from USA thinking they would process my visa faster and I was wrong. After one week of submitting all the documents they requested I decided to do the whole process directly through the Australian ETA app and got my visa right away. I am afraid that for the amount of information iVisa requested they can steal people's identity easily. I asked for a refund and they gave me some bogus excuse. Try to process your visas yourself or directly through a consulate but this company just wants to take your money away.

THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!

This is a huge scam! 10 days ago I applied for a Thailand visa and paid the amount of 94 euros for 6 days processing, and downloaded my invoice accordingly. Today, they tell me that the standard processing time is 21 days instead, and I DID NOT pay for 6 days, which is an absolute lie. I visited the website again to make sure I got it all correctly, and guess what - the website was all changed with different timings and prices. Also my invoice was changed, with new time processing of 21 days, instead of 6. UNBELIEVABLE! I asked for an explanation and sent over both of the invoices, but didn't get any sound answer.

EDIT: I have received full refund and an apology, so hopefully they will improve in future.

Would not use iVisa again! Rip off

We traveled from US to Australia and realize that a $15 visa was recommended in a travel book a day before departure. The only option iVisa gave us was one for $200 each. It took them about 30 mins to provide. We Never had to present it in Australia. So totally ripped off!

Complete waste of money
January 15, 2023

Rush processing is a complete waste of money - I paid more than US$170 for …. Nothing at all. When I recently needed to urgently obtain an NZeTA I used iVisa. I paid an exorbitant 2-hour super rush processing fee. Despite this, iVisa did not deliver the Visa on time for departure. It actually turns out that there are no "rush applications" with the NZ government for NZeTAs, so the rush fee can't actually speed up anything apart from iVisa's internal processing. However, this is not made clear at all. Despite paying the super rush fee for 2 hour processing, iVisa's response times to even simple queries on their chat were unacceptable (even a straightforward query about filling in the application took close to an hour for a response). Emails were not answered at all and the answers given on the chat were generally evasive and unhelpful. Strangely, my application now displays on their system as "6 hour processing rush application" despite me having paid for "2 hour super rush" processing (I have a written invoice for this) - was this changed after the fact?

Ultimately, this did luckily not matter but this is not due to iVisa's "services". When I enquired with my airline (Qantas), they told me that I should come to the airport anyway if I had a running application. The airline is able to look into the online system and at the check-in counter it turned out that NZ immigration had already cleared me for travel. At this point I had not received anything from iVisa.

Lodging the application myself with the Government would have been as easy as lodging it via iVisa (using the NZ Government's app or online). It also turns out that the NZeTA fees are cheaper if you are an Australian permanent resident, another point that iVisa did not tell me anything about.

I also requested that iVisa tell me my offical application number with the government so that I could give this to the airline and was told by iVisa (after a very lengthy delay) that they would b unable to obtain this. Strangely, it turned out that I could easily look this up on the app myself by simply entering my passport number!

Ultimately, a complete waste of US$170. I will definitely not use iVisa again.

Did not help at all

I had a very bad experience with ivisa. I applied for Bahamas visa since I am not US immigrant or citizen last Oct 5. Our cruise is Nov 10th and I had been chatting with the agent since no phone number to call, there is but nobody was answering at all. They keep saying it is "in process". It was already Nov 9th I was panicking coz I still did not get my visa so I myself called the Bahamas consulate in New Providence but unluckily they cannot help me with my problem since I applied for vis with this agency. They asked me where did ivisa applied for my visa and they said in Bahamas. Thank you for the employees in Bahamas embassy because they are very helpful. I called NY Bahamas consulate and they were able to locate the country where ivis applied for my visa which is in China since I live in the Philippines. I was begging ivisa to call Bahams consulate in China but they ignored my plea. I myself called Bahamas consulate in China and they were so nice and was able to release my visa. They said that they need my USA visa for the application which I sent 3 x. Anyway I was the one who processed my own visa not IVISA. I wish they have phone nmber to call. I was asking the supervisor if they can refund my call to CHina whish was pricey and the supervisor said it was my "will" to call the Bahamas embassy in China. WOW they have the nerve to say that to me. Very very bad experience. I will rate them 1 star.

Australia evisitor visa

I applied Australia evisitor visa by myself. I have British passport. Australian immigration took ages and never processed my application.

I contacted ivisa. They advised me to cancel existing application. I did so and Australian immigration took ten working days to cancel my application.

Then I applied again through ivisa and they got me visa in four days. All the time, they responded emails promptly. Within one hour, I got reply of my every email. Australian immigration asked for additional documents that I provided. Then ivisa ensured speedy processing of my e visitor visa. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience

The claims they make about being able to secure a prompt visa were false and extremely frustrating as they couldn't didn't even fill out my application promptly. They couldn't provide any answers via live chat and simply said they were awaiting the government. Claims made take advantage of people in desperate situations like me. I am trying to get to see my mother who is in desperate health status in the hospital in Australia. They recently added the visa requirement. Emergent travel needs and emotional distress makes places one in a desperate mindset where you will do or pay anything. To get get there and they took full advantage.

First, before paying, I waited for more than 5 hours for the ivisa team to reply on the live chat for an urgent matter. I went through ivisa because I needed to get my visa sorted quickly as I had an upcoming World Cup game that I was going to watch. I got the fast option as I was promised the application will take 3 days and obviously the visa never arrived so I had to cancel my trip which cost me a lot of money. It has been a week from now and I still have no got any replies from the team at all. They took my money and stopped offering any help. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, THEY ARE A SCAMMER

Misleading Services

They indicated that they provide e-Visa to Singapore, when in reality they didn't. The application page itself was full of false information and I was led to paying 170USD for an arrival card (that the Singapore government doesn't even charge for). Definitely a scam.

Fraudulent Service

I would not trust them with visa information or requirements. According to their website i do need a visa for Uzbekistan and they want to charge $40 for evisa in 3 days ($110 for processing in a few hours) HOWEVER when i visit the official Uzbek evisa portal it says that no visa is required for my passport. After doing a bit more research i found out that the visa requirements for my country was stopped in 2019 which means they have not updated themselves/their website on the changes OR looking at the other reviews it might be the case they purposely have not updated the info on their website and they rather charge people for a service which is actually not needed. I should say OVERcharge because an evisa through the official site costs $20 and not $40 as per ivisa's website. Shameless.

They are scammers, forget about the trust pilot review the bought those review, I swear.
The visa (Guinea visa) they couldn't provide me, I did it myself and got it within three days. They're thieves, they have stolen a lot of money from people around the world including mine.

I would give a zero star to this portal if there was an option. For all their ratings, we have been trying to reach someone who would give us a definite answer on the status of our daughter's visa which is long past 20 days. Neither do they tell us if there is something more required nor do they respond to phone calls. On top their charges are more than the normal visa charge. Would not recommend. Very very disappointed.

I have booked a visa to visit Turkey as a US citizen for 3 days from September 29th to October 2nd. A 30 day visa for US citizens is free but I was charged $39.99 for services. I paid and waited 4 hours for a confirmation email but did not receive it. I wrote an email with a request to urgently send me a visa confirmation and they sent me some kind of document. In Turkey, I was told that this document is not needed. Only a visa is needed for entering Turkey for US citiseh. I asked Ivisa to return the money that was taken from me for services, but I was refused. I do not recommend this company.
