I spent hours trying to upload the requested documents. The website continues to give errors. If you want to spend money and receive nothing, this merchant will deliver exactly that... nothing. Best of luck.

Terribly cheated
September 13, 2022

This company is close to a Scam. If I could give a no star I would.
I used them to apply for a visa to uganda. First they needed a new passport page, which I submitted. After 3 days they asked for a yellow fever card saying it was missing when indeed I had attached it.

And on the day of travel, they tell me I needed a consent and letter of approval for my daughters custody.

Mind you all these were not indicated in the beginning. I would have attached it.
The visa costs 50 dollars but they charged me 122 dollars.

They kept delaying asking for documentation until I had to pay for a visa on arrival.

They are scam, out to take your money. Please please don't use them.

iVisa.com IS A SCAM!
September 1, 2022

THEY ARE SCAMMERS! We are leaving to Istanbul, Turkey tomorrow morning. My husband payed $240 for our two visas. Marc from iVisa.com emailed to him a Health Declaration which I did online and print out for FREE on website: https://register.health.gov.tr
I am checking all documents to go right now and asked my husband about visas from iVisa.com He showed me the same Health Declaration... They call it Turkey Passenger Locator Form. My husband on exchanging emails with Marc right now (NO LAST NAME, it's unknown with whom he is emailing now...) Marc said that the Locator Form is required to enter to Turkey and said nothing about VISAS that my husband asked him about. THEY ARE tongue-tied and wag in their answers so as not to touch on the specific question that was asked to them. It is clear to us what they are doing! We ask him give us a phone number to talk and since then we have NO EMAILS from iVisa, com I think we would sue them for our money. But it will be another story when we will be back from our trip! I PROMISE!

IVISA, they are good for nothing by all means. Online chat not working, you have no room to contact online support, live chat, landline, WhatsApp... nothing. The worst experience ever, struggled with them for three continuous days and hit nowhere, even though they charged heavily. They act like low-profile service providers. Moreover, no one answered your emails or complaints. They are super good on the checkout/payment page where they received your money. Then pray to god and wait for what you are hired them for. POOR, BAD, rediculous, money, time waste

Liars and thieves.
August 23, 2022

I paid iVisa for 24 hour turn around on an Australian visa. Three weeks later I had nothing to show for it but a bunch of reassuring emails generated from their computer. They never completed my paperwork and I never got a visa or a refund. Luckily I was able to get a visa on my own but the fact that iVisa was in the system for me made it quite difficult to do. AVOID this company like the PLAGUE.

Scam!

Claims to assist with Japan visas but only issues health declarations. Won't provide refunds since they put time into this useless health declaration that has nothing to do with the visa. Misleading company, avoid!

0/10.0/10.0/10.

Do not use this company for your passport photos.
It will get rejected.

My photo looked so photoshopped, it looked like my face was cut out and put on a white background and my face was edited into a weird color and looked too fake.

I was in a rush and the Walgreens employee just did another passport photo for me on the spot so I could send it to the government. I especially needed this process expedited since I was going out of the country in the next couple months.

I ended up not picking up the photo iVisa sent to Walgreens so they trashed it for me. Then iVisa tells me that they cannot refund but can resend me another edited photo to see if I would like that better. But I told them it's too late and that I don't need another photo.
They still refused to even consider giving me a refund and just copied and pasted their refund policy to me.

What kind of poor customer service is this?
Was I just talking to a human or a robot?

POOR customer service and POOR quality!

Don't waste your time and money!

DO NOT USE IVisa
June 17, 2022

I have never written a negative review for anything, it has never been worth the time and effort to do so. However, I would take the time and energy to write on every website possible warning people to not use this company. I am wondering if the company does not block negative reviews on other sites, there is no way more people are happy with their services as people are made to believe on other sites.
Bottom line- every service they provided us is free of charge through the US government. Do yourself a big favor and look to see what you really need and if you need help look elsewhere besides Visa.

SCAM
May 19, 2022

SCAM
We found out at the airport checkin that we need a Health Declaration QR code to travel to the Maldives, and ivisa is the first site that appeared when we searched online. It looked legit, and we were in a rush. So we filled the forms, and then there were different processing times. Our flight was in 3 hours so we chose the rush order, and paid ~200 EUR.
Later we found the official maldives government website, and found out that the process is actually INSTANT and FREE!?! COMPLETE SCAM

Totally scam
May 11, 2022

I had a very bad experience with ivisa. All what they do is just send you documents that are totally available and free, and they don't actually send you the visa, they send you a fake document containing all your information that you gave them. Most embassies require you to be present by yourself to apply the visa. When you are disappointed from their service and you ask them for refund they keep telling you it's not possible to refund because they paid some fees at the embassy for the documents and when you insist at the end they don't refund you the full amount that you paid but a very little part of it, this is how they make money. The visa approval that they sent is not even an official document from the embassy.

Usually I never give a one-star review but I did completely waste $90 on this service! I advise everyone to be extra careful in signing up. It ended up that I didn't need this service, and when I emailed to cancel, they would not refund. Also, I never even got the information I paid for until after my flight!

Complete scam. Issued photos in the wrong sized, based on the destination country, not the country of residence that issues the passport. Arrived late as well but I'm not even going to get into that.
Thought it was a simple error and reached out to get proper sized photos sent, was informed that since his computer showed the wrong size pics were ordered, the computer was right and somehow I was wrong and there would be absolutely no replacement photos or refund. Support rep clearly enjoyed refusing to own his mistakes or lift a finger to make them right. Does this sound like what you want to deal with when putting together a trip abroad?

Avoid
April 21, 2022

Avoid. They promised they could provide a prompt visa. Turns out they couldn't even complete the application successfully. I later found out from the immigration office that iVisa's claims are completely false.
Despite it being their failure and not providing what was promised, I only received a partial refund (stating "they had already put work in").

FRAUD!
April 18, 2022

I just got back from traveling with my husband from Bermuda, a place that according to Ivisa.com, he needed a visa to enter as a Chilean citizen.
Turns out he never needed a visa yet this website said he did and so I went through with it.
We are back and the status of the application is back to the beginning
