Also, to-day, I received my Second-Valid Passport book. Brandon Benion and Daniel Hernandez (both from G3 Visas) facilitated this transaction for me.

I paid $776 for 8-10 days Visa service But waited over 100 days got no Visa.
When I withdraw my application, I got No Apology, No Refund.

Passport came much faster than I was expecting; 4 days from them receiving my application. I payed for the 'mission critical' tier.
Yes, I could have made an appointment with the US passport service and traveled another city that had an office and handed in the application myself and saved a little money, but with the travel expense I doubt I would have saved much money, and with the convenience, this service was well worth it, to me.
These guys were the only expedited passport service, of the several I looked at, who actually picked up the phone when I called them and that gave me the confidence to go with them. They helped me along the way and answered all my questions. I would used the service again if I needed to in a heartbeat

We got our passport in time but in I will never use this agency again. Our main point of contact was rude most of the time and not very patient. Every time I called her it sounded like I was bothering her. For a payment of 800 dollars I would have expected far better service and at least someone that pretended to be nice. I have used Rushmypassport.com 5 previous times and a great experience. I rarely write reviews but I though it was necessary to do this one. We are all busy and when we pay for service it should be provided with kindness.

Due to my busy traveling schedule these coming 6 months, I had to apply for a multiple entry tourist visa to Togo 3 months before my departure. The process requires 10 business days with expedited service which would result in having my passport with visa back on the day of my departure for Japan. I wrote a letter to request the Togo Consulate to consider my case exceptional and allow me to get my passport back a day sooner so I could travel as planned. The staff at the Consulate wouldn't bulge. Out of desperation, I pleaded with Sylvia Htun for extra help. Sylvia went way beyond the norm and negotiated with the officials at the Consulate repeatedly on my behalf. They finally reconsidered my case and my passport with the Togo tourist visa is on its way back to me. Now I can keep all my original travel plan. I can't thank Sylvia enough for a job well-done. Because of the exceptional services I received from Sylvia, I will definitely use G3 for all my future passport and visa needs. And I will recommend G3 to all my friends and family.
