Due to my busy traveling schedule these coming 6 months, I had to apply for a multiple entry tourist visa to Togo 3 months before my departure. The process requires 10 business days with expedited service which would result in having my passport with visa back on the day of my departure for Japan. I wrote a letter to request the Togo Consulate to consider my case exceptional and allow me to get my passport back a day sooner so I could travel as planned. The staff at the Consulate wouldn't bulge. Out of desperation, I pleaded with Sylvia Htun for extra help. Sylvia went way beyond the norm and negotiated with the officials at the Consulate repeatedly on my behalf. They finally reconsidered my case and my passport with the Togo tourist visa is on its way back to me. Now I can keep all my original travel plan. I can't thank Sylvia enough for a job well-done. Because of the exceptional services I received from Sylvia, I will definitely use G3 for all my future passport and visa needs. And I will recommend G3 to all my friends and family. Thanks very much to Sylvia and the whole G3 team! I will be back in touch very soon.
I did not have to Sign for the package that was delivered to me with my Passport in it. I found this rather upsetting so inquired about it and was told by you folks that that is how you handle things. Well, so be it...but I really do not like my Passport just to be sitting by my front door unattended. I much prefer having to sign for the package and then have it handed to me by the FedEx driver.

Fantastic Customer Service! I had a small issue to resolve on my VISA application (my error), and G3 was immediately responsive and solved the issue while the VISA application was in process! They communicated quickly up front after I placed the order, assigned a personal representative to work with me as the point of contact, and were able to get the VISA application corrected, submitted and returned faster than committed. Passport was returned in a water-tight envelope, with a new plastic case for the passport itself. Nice to find a business who still cares and delivers excellent customer service. Deciding who to use to hand-off your passport is a stressful decision anyways (as least it was for me). I highly recommend G3.
At the time I was seeking this service I was in a panic and my trip date was soon. I did not realize I needed a visa prior to departure in my passport (thought that stamp happened when you arrived, as a part of customs, like my other trips). Plus I was very uneasy about sending all my original documents in for this. Once I sent the application off all my documents, plus the visa stamp, came back to me in just under 48 hours.
