I paid $776 for 8-10 days Visa service But waited over 100 days got no Visa.
When I withdraw my application, I got No Apology, No Refund.
Is this for a visa or the eTA? I can't tell the difference. Are they the same thing? I cannot access the page that says "Our trusted visa and passport…" Where is that page? All pages are confusing. Have I paid for this? I can't remember and cannot locate that info anywhere. Sheesh! Feels like I'm filling out some kind of impossible government paperwork!
Passport came much faster than I was expecting; 4 days from them receiving my application. I payed for the 'mission critical' tier.
Yes, I could have made an appointment with the US passport service and traveled another city that had an office and handed in the application myself and saved a little money, but with the travel expense I doubt I would have saved much money, and with the convenience, this service was well worth it, to me.
These guys were the only expedited passport service, of the several I looked at, who actually picked up the phone when I called them and that gave me the confidence to go with them. They helped me along the way and answered all my questions. I would used the service again if I needed to in a heartbeat

We got our passport in time but in I will never use this agency again. Our main point of contact was rude most of the time and not very patient. Every time I called her it sounded like I was bothering her. For a payment of 800 dollars I would have expected far better service and at least someone that pretended to be nice. I have used Rushmypassport.com 5 previous times and a great experience. I rarely write reviews but I though it was necessary to do this one. We are all busy and when we pay for service it should be provided with kindness.
G3 promised a fast turnaround. I paid the money, sent my old passport and now more than 8 weeks later, G3 has kept my money, kept my old passport, refused to respond to me, refused to obtain a new passport for me. A total FRAUD and SCAM.
During the Covid 19 pandemic, when the passport offices were closed and it was chaotic, I found it very calming and useful to use G3. The personal service I got from Joseph mcGurn was exceptional. I hope I can convince others to use G3 with complete confidence. Not all agencies that do this kind of personal service can be trusted frankly, so finding this one was a gift!
