This thing locks me out all the Time nobody ever puts any notes in the system and always gives you a fail evwn if your not in the car, they will charge you money won't give it back, and thwy can never read your unit, they always try to find ways to charge you more money and they never take blame for it, i'VE HAD TO REPLACE MY UNIT SEVERAL TIMES SAME ISSUES. It's hard to get a hold of anyone to speak with they do not make it easy, and system shorts out all the time
They only want to talk to you to get you to use them. They get you at your most vulnerable. Once you get the device installed, they ghost you. It took me 45 minutes (my first try was 25 minutes of nothing) listening to a recorded voice to finally get it to transfer me to a live person (another 12 minutes). That person had an Indian accent and spoke 7 words before the line went dead. Unbelievable. I was told that my installation fees would be waived, initially. I get to the stereo shop and they tell me it will be $200 to install. I couldn't get a hold of Intoxalock. I had to fork it over. PREDATORS! Find another place! They're NOT the only ignition lock company.
3 months after having the device removed from my vehicle, the the company still charges me monthly for their roadside service. Instead of just canceling it when the device is removed, they they make you send an email separately to have this canceled. This is ridiculous. I did not have to send an email to sign up, I should not have to send an email to unsubscribe from a service I never needed in the first place.
I had breathlyzer for a year, paying everything was suppose to then at end on closing it out. They comes up with charges without telling. Agent gives out wrong info.

YOU'LL HAVE TO USE ANOTHER PHONE TO CALL, THEN ALL EXCUSES, CHARGE YOU FOR A BUNCH OF BULL$#*! YOU DIDN'T AGREE ON! THEY WILL LAUGH AT YOU AND SAY, NOTHING CAN BE DONE. I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY AND THE ANCIENT HANDHELD WOULD NOT ACCEPT ME BLOWING AND THE HORN STARTED GOING NONE STOP, I HAD PEOPLE MAD AND TRYING TO CUT ME OFF THE ROAD, THINKING I'M HONKING AT THEM. VERY DANGEROUS! THEN I HAD TO PULL OVER TURN IT OFF, I RESTARTED AND MADE IT HOME. NEXT MORNING THEY SEND AN EMAIL SAID I HAVE A LOCKOUT AND CHARGED ME $80.00 ON TOP OF EITHER $57.00 OR 55.00 JUST WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE CHARGING! HAVE TO WAIT TILL MY HUSBAND COMES HOME TO USE HIS PHONE TO CALL THE BASTARDS AND THEY TELL ME IT WASN'T EVEN THE DAY STATED. LAUGHED AND HUNGUP. I'VE CALLED MY LAWYER AND GETTING READY TO PLASTER THEM ON THE NEWS. PLEASE DTAY AWAY FROM THESE HORRIBLE CROOKS AND LIARS, THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY TYPE OF STAR
Intoxalock is the WORST company I have EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE had to deal with. If you have to have an interlock device in your car go anywhere but here. Their customer service is almost impossible to get a hold of and then when you do you have to call with the same request 3-4 times before getting what you need. I had a judge wanting to put me in jail because I could not provide her with the reports from Intoxalock. What judge is going to believe they wont give them to you. I had to escalate almost all of my calls to a Supervisor and even then still had to call back with multiple requests. I was billed for lockouts while my car was reportedly at the service center and it was a nightmare getting the charges credited. These devices are required by law and it should be required that we are able to access the information we need more easily. I have the app but you cannot request reports that way. Because each report costs 50.00. Fees they do not tell you about. This whole system just wants money. They do not care if I violate my probation due to their carelessness and stupidity. I am beside myself with how poorly they are allowed to run their company and get away with it.
Do Not Call Them! They are Professional LIARS! Taking advantage of people who are vulnerable! Unusable car since its installed! I m the wife and can't use my car because these lying theives Only want Money for Everything And didn't put it in right then charge you for it stopping on the way home from The Installation! Crooks! Stay Away!
Intoxalock charged my credit card the bi weekly fee. Then charged my card doubled the amount for the same fee.! I called and the rep stated they charged my card by accident {which I have in an email} and that accounting will be notified.NO ONE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME SND I THEN HAD TO DISPUTE THW CHARGE WITH CHASE.! Well they sure knew how to respond then, WITH A $30 charge back fee.! This place is a complete JOKE and will be waiting to fill out my class action lawsuit forms as soon as one is filed.! Which I know it will.! You all take advantage of the vulnerable individuals that are trying to take care of their mistakes in the best possible way.! It won't be long until I see someone really gets into the behinds of one of the top executives.! I did not proof read, you get my point.!
This company has made my life a nightmare for the last 3 weeks I have had their equipment in my truck. 2 lockout from 4 faulty handhelds and draining my battery only to require you to keep having it towed amd paying them $85 plus $50 to get back on the road for issues that arent even my fault! How are they even still in business?!
If I could give zero Stars I would give zero Stars this place is a f****** joke they take your money even when you're up today on your calibrations and your monthly payments automatically taken out they find any way they can to take money from it every chance they can only when you when you even try to pay their little petty $#*! fees they don't they don't allow you to pay they just send some code and make you tow your car every month!
I would give them zero stars if I could. It's all about money, I have had to have four different units installed due to them $#*!ting out on me, this is never an easy process, let alone having to pay for my vehicle to be towed and then be without one for weeks at a time. They are horrible at communicating anything, you'll never speak to someone who speaks English. They app is useless and has no information on it. Literally go with ANY other program, though at first glance they appear to be the cheaper one, you're literally getting what you pay for, and in the long run are paying double the money due to their nonsense. I don't even understand how they are still in business.
This has been the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Once you have an account, you will not talk with a human ever again. So don't expect your questions to be answered. They will sell you on other bulls**t that you don't actually need (roadside assistance, a sleeve, etc) and charge you for said items for MONTHS after your device was removed. If you call them about it, they'll ask you to send an email to their admin department, whom doesn't even exist (they don't have a phone number and can't transfer you). Once you don't have an account anymore and you need to talk to someone, you'll call and wait on hold for over an hour only to be hung up on or for the person on the other line to just breathe into the phone.
I'm truly f**king disgusted with this company. I wouldn't even give one star.

Between the days of work I've missed due to dead batteries and bs red/failed tests... someone should hang these people in public. Nothing but a money racket. I can't believe this 'product' is even constitutional in the least. I have 4 weeks left out of a yeR and now suddenly, I'm having the worst experience to date. I'm so ready to Rio it out and just drive illegally. That's how bad it is. Go with any other company if you have the choice. Avoid these thieves at ALL costs.
Device drained my battery. Couldn't be recalibrated, they charged me for new device and shipping even tough thier product failed. If you have problems please report to your state DMV. These companies need to be held accountable for thier faulty products and terrible service.
The device occasionally sends a sample request after you've turned your car off and gotten out. They can see that your parked somewhere and not in the car. Customer service told me that this is how the device is set up. What I get from that is "Our device is programmed to cheat people out of money". Why else would they require a sample when your no longer in your vehicle?
Whatever you do stay far away from this company. Incompetent, inconsiderate and completely unhelpful in every capacity. It could not possibly get worse than this place
I don't even drink within 24 hours of driving now and I've had not one but TWO lock outs! And they charge YOU $75 for each one. Guess what they were for! The first one was because the device drained MY battery and I had to recharge the car (It's a 3 year old car btw) and the second was because I had my music too loud and didn't hear the damn beeper while I was driving. Even though my freaking BAC is ALWAYS 0.00 while I drive. $#*!ing thieves. And the rolling blow ALWAYS manages to be when I have a tight curve to go around or there's a semi in the oncoming lane. This is a dangerous and flawed device.
Whatever you do do not get it. My car was fine I just got a inspection done right before I got it put in my battery was fine alternator and starter everything new. I think they hooked it up wrong to my car cause after I got it installed I started having electrical problems my car wouldn't start the machine wouldn't cut in at all and all they say is it's your battery or alternator when it's not. I will get a jumpstart and the machine still doesn't turn on so one day I jiggled the wires and heard a spark then it turned on. They try make me pay 300$ just to get an inspection and to get a new device when it's all their fault this is happening tho. My brake lights wouldn't go off or my radio wouldn't turn off even after I took my keys out the car so it did nothing but drain my battery. It will mess your electrical system right up and they won't even care. I remember one time the machine wouldn't cut on so I called them and they gave me troubleshooting tips where they told me to unplug the machine and plug it back up did that and it came back on and I was in a lockout had to pay to get it out of a lockout because their machine didn't work and I followed their trouble shooting steps. It's a money scam they are out here scamming ppl I'm seriously thinking bout filing a lawsuit against them at this point
I completed all the documents and had an estimate done by their installation shop as requested. I've called a dozen times and nobody will even acknowledge receiving it much less approve anything. Customer service is clueless

They also forgot that the people with their device are the paying customers. If you are bad to those that pay your bills, they're going to stop paying you.
