I wanted to just remove a watermark. After I finished, it says in need a subscription. Well it has free trail so why not. Transaction got multliple times rejected by my bank and it turns out my card got blocked completely because my bank thinks this site is a fraud. Now I need a new card. Thanks PDFfiller.
The "free trial period" demanded a payment card and then charged my card. I didn't see an obvious indication on the checkout/start-30-day-free-trial page that this would happen. The company even often replies to reviews on here and elsewhere that the free trial does not charge.
I'm very glad that I used a virtual privacy card when I signed up.
I think most people would agree that it's in somewhat bad taste to require a payment card for a free trial. I feel charging said card despite indicating otherwise that "today's charge is $0.00" is another level entirely.
Max, hi again! Looks like we've already read and replied to your review elsewhere? Here however you've added the screenshots and the situation is much clearer.
The declined transactions on your card are NOT charges, actually. That's called verification amount, and it is not even done by us. This is a test transaction (Uber does the same, for example, as well as quite many other service companies), it is used by banks and payment processors to make sure you've provided real (not fake) data during the account registration process.
If the transaction did not go through, the free trial won't be activated, sorry to inform you.
As you can see on the last screenshot provided by yourself (the one with the white background, from our site), the very first charge from us directly goes only after those 30 days of the free trial.
If you are anxious you will be charged for something you don't really need long term, just make sure you've canceled couple days prior. Or simple email [email protected], we'll do that manually for you and then email the confirmation, no problem at all.

I see the answer now! And no, the trial period doesn't matter, it doesn't make it any better! In the end, one still have to pay for features without which the tool is entirely useless (I can edit PDFs, but CANNOT download them)!

Our apologies if this flow was not immediately obvious. Once you register an account (which itself is totally free), pick a plan you like (Premium or any other, it does not matter, the free trial conditions are exactly the same for all plans), then our free trial will be activated instantly.
If you need to edit, sign and download several documents and that's about it -- our free trial would absolutely do the job. No charges, no fine print, no catch.
Just make sure you are fully canceled before its end, that's it.

Was using Adobe for years until they upgraded their app so I could not save any of my projects. This app allow me to save my apps.
I am not subscribed for anything other than the free plan. No way to cancel anything that I'm not subscribed to, but they keep billing my Credit card $144/month. Even after canceling the card, they are still able to keep charging me anyway? Subscribe if you think they are worth it, but FORGET ABOUT FREE. I do not have proof as my bank already flagged it as a fraudulent charge.

We do not actually have a free plan, and never had. And $144 is our annual plan, not monthly.

I had to fill a pdf form that kept on crashing when using even Adobe. Pdffiller solved my problem!
The folder sharing link is great. The folder can be shared in the email as well, once persons are invited but i hope that persons who are not invited can still access my folder in their email too, in the future via a link through email and social media apps
