Yes I've ran into a strange situation.i have a vehicle sitting outside of the apartment complex registered to a Jeffrey holmes.well the guy driving the vehicle is name Eugene.o have to get some work done on my vehicle.he has my parts in his vehicle.i can't find his number.but I did find the owner of the vehicle. It's scary because Eugene told me he is owned the vehicle.its not registered in his name.I don't have Eugene number he's my neighbor downstairs apartment.so it's going to get interesting
