The Ohio Attorney General's Office does a wonderful job.

Anytime that I have a problem with a business or service, the Attorney General always comes to the rescue.

They always follow up and they will keep you informed. You just to have some patience. They deal with a lot of everyday problems and they do try their best to resolve issues as quickly as possible for the consumer.
