The pre-checkout page gives you an overview of the package you choose, including the cost, service details, and package length. Before the billing was accepted and concluded, we asked you to carefully read the invoice and click the required buttons to show that you understood the terms and conditions.

Additionally, InfoTracer makes it very easy for customers to cancel. Customers can call our Customer Care Team at 1-800-791-1427, which can also be found at the top right corner of the Member’s Area under “Support.” Another way to cancel is to log into the Member’s Area, select My Account, and then click the Cancel Subscription button under Account Details; an email confirmation will be sent automatically.

I canceled the account to avoid further billing. The payment made will allow you access until November 23,2024.
