I am going in circles it says the report is done and yet I can't see it. This is ridiculous.

I just want to see the results it's not letting me get there

Of the 2 reports I accessed, all the information was incorrect on both except for the date of birth. Multiple outdated addresses with location photos that wouldn't load and numerous " arrest" records with every variation of the name searched and no photos would load. Waste of time and money!

The app said it had results matching which I was looking for until I paid the fee and then miraculously there was only one result and it was incorrect

I haven't been able to find any info with this website that I didn't find on my own. There are additional reports offered for an additional cost, but the price I have paid for the basic info hasn't given me anything new so I certainly won't pay any additional charges for more of the same--nothing new.

We should have full access on a 7-Day trial so that way we can decide whether or not we want to keep the membership.

A bit clunky and I note your zip requirement does not allow people who have p[ostal codes to use your service.

I understand the PREMIUM REPORT additional charges but it should be mentioned in the sales pitch area BEFORE card information is GIVEN OR TAKEN!

Nothing... not even a phone number, date of birth, marriages... nothing that I couldn't have found on the internet free. I don't want to pay $18.00 for a "Premium" report... misleading

Won't leave me alone about rating them: - 1 star. Keeps looking for more fees to "upsell" you every chance they get: -1 more star.

Did not ask to have a re-occuring monthly payment.

Didn't get what I needed, but they cancelled my account and issued a refund.

False advertising... I wanted all information on current owner on vehicle and all I got was a vin number!

Multiple exceptions were noted on the initial page of the person I was inquiring about. However, your search engine when reviewed listed none, but offered and additional change to go to premium. Please remove me from your list. I ll pay the 3.99 for the one time reach but I do not want to continue my relationship with infotracer at this time.
